Hi all. I have a suggestion. I'm pretty bad with graphics editing so I'll just make my suggestions instead of posting edited images.
I used to main a Monk and really loved my Exploding Palm. Now I mainly play my crusader and I'm missing EP a lot.
Gem name: Elsa's Tear (or Malthael's Tear if it needs to be something D3 related :P)
Idea behind: Mainly referencing Elsa's power in Frozen.
Mechanics or Legendary affix:(Maybe someone can summarize it)
Enemy that does damage to you has a x% chance to be slowed and bleed for x% weapon damage as Cold damage over 9 seconds. If the enemy dies while bleeding, it explodes (like the Elite Frozen affix) and freeze all nearby enemies, dealing x% of its maximum Life as Cold damage to frozen enemies.
It just feels fun to have a cold version of EP for every class. I left out the % in my text because I'm not sure what would be the best balance.
