Yea the main thing i see is your dex is way low. I am at around 70k dps with out SS and i am at like 2k dex. To be honest the 2h you need should at minimum have a socket otherwise ur 1h's will probably be better because of the crit damage.
Dex is not really that important, i have 1902 dex and im at 100k dps without SS.
As I said before, he needs a build for DW 1h xbows, not some build which is for 2h xbow.
I suppose OP would also be at 100k dps pre SShooter with your amount of Dex so I wouldn't say that Dex isn't important.
As other's have pointed out the build needs some tweaks, Hungering with Spray of Teeth should work pretty well with your amount of crit chance and crit damage, that skill alone would do wonders.
I would also get Elemental arrow with either ball of lightning all tentacles, because you have nice attack speed and you could spam quite a lot of them before running out of hatred.
If you decide to drop cluster (and you should if you want to keep your current weapon setup) change grenadier into Tactical Advantage, with Nat's set disc isn't a problem and it will help a ton with your survivability.
You may also consider getting caltrops with torturous ground for some help with kiting if Tactical Advantage ans Sscreen will prove to not be enough for some nastier packs.
Even though Shadow Power with gloom works best with nice amount of vit + resists I would keep it, because it helps a lot with reflect damage elites, though there are other ways to deal with them so that's not obligatory.

Figured out how the % damage works with the help of various damage calculator and random threads.
your weapon min damage
any other items that have +min damage stats (rings, amulet, etc.)
tricky part: if your weapon has any non-physical damage, remove that.
Take that number, multiply by the % damage on the Inna's set
Add the bonus damage to BOTH mininum and maximum of the overall damage. You can either put this number in the min/max damage column or add it to the weapon min/max depends on your DPS calculator.
Example: Weapon tooltip shows 250-300, +50-100 arcane damage, in this case, your pure minimum physical damage would be 200 (250-50).
Let's say your ring/amulet has +10-50 damage/+10 mininum damage, add 10 to the number above to get 210
Let's say the Inna's give you 5%, 210 * 5% = 10.5, round up to 11.
So your mininum damage should be 250 (weapon) + 10 (ring/amulet) + 11 (Inna's) = 271 your maximum damage should be 300 (weapon) + 50 (ring/amulet) + 11 (Inna's) = 361
You can confirm your raw weapon damage by removing your left/right click skill from the bar (credit), and it will have an bow/arrow icon, if you hover over it, it will show you 271-361 damage in this example.
SUPER convoluted, but it matches with the DPS calculation and the tooltip.
i just bought black bone arrow quiver ( i think thats what its called) i take a 990 dps loss b/c i lost 4% IAS but i gained 2k vit, .5% crit, and 5% increased damage against elites, is the dps loss worth it?
my dps was at 59k (no ss) and now 58K
It really bases on what was the purpose for that purchase. Can you explain a bit why you decided to buy that quiver?
With the equal change to Champs/Elites dropping MORE rares (1 guaranteed) and Siegebreaker only dropping 1 now, and there being what.... 3-4 champ packs total in Whimsyshire, and that all the objects do not produce items anymore, only the Pots of Gold (aka Chests) will.... AND MF doesn't affect objects/chests.... Siegebreaker runs will yield more equipment, for sure, since Whimsyshire is smaller, fewer elites, and same loot.
Where I am getting 3 rares per elite packs in whim, and having reflect damage on seigebreaker? I see your logic there.
