i gotta agree with skeptical cat here...he's very convincing...

For all you very mature people that like to whine like little girls.SW snapshot should not be taken away because that;s like the bulk of our dmg.

What should get removed is that gear swap thingy.Once u engage in a battle your gear is locked or smth.

If they do remove snapshot I see some monks quitting, hell im para 88 and if they do that I wil for sure quit until they buff smth.Either they keep snapshot or they buff our dps by a lot.

You are right, of course but I think the discussion is a fair bit more complex..... The (subtle) point I was making is that as the player base dwindles, demand dries up and prices of the goodies I am finding is falling. Therefore it is taking a lot more time to generate in game gold compared to 3-6 weeks ago. Now, by rights, economic theory suggests that high end (BiS) item prices should also start to fall to meet the lack of gold being generated... BUT the fly in the ointment is that I think botters have seriously distorted the market place to the point that there is now a 2 tier market - the "haves" and the "have nots". Botters are generating enough gold (including great legendary drops) to be able to trade amongst themselves whilst the peeps (like me) struggle through requiring enormous hours to progress by very incremental margins! It was great to see the ban wave yesterday, lets hope it helps even the playing field, but I wonder how much damage is already done?

I am one of those tenacious types, so I'll keep grinding my way through but the vast majority of players are not as persistent and that imho is why we are seeing a very serious drop off in player numbers....

I've never heard of that forum but just had a look, yes they are crying the blues over there.

Thats the big player for Diablo 3 bots, hitting them hits the biggest portion of the botters in Diablo 3 right now, Blizzard pulling out the big guns.

I would like to argue using my own personal unscientific evidence that playing the game on anything above MP1 for loot and XP is just silly. If you want to test the might of your character then by all means, play the game at MP5, or MP10 for that matter but if you are just going to loot and XP, then go for MP1. It's the fastest and most efficient way to farm... IMHO of course.

i think he is the only boss who gave me legendary EVER when i am starting to think act bosses never drops legendary. I even started to skip bosses because I get more legendaries from from keywardens (4-5 this week alone!)
