Don't expect to top the charts with WOH builds. Don't get me wrong the build is fun to play, you just take to much damage being that close to the mobs.
Below is my armory showing a pretty common set up for WOH.

screw you!Quote from itsjaemes
In the past couple of days of farming.. I've farmed my 5/6 pieces of Mauraders (several extras, only missing helm drop), entire Shadow set, entire Nats set (several extra helms and rings)
Just yesterday, I got 2 nat rings, 2 maurader pants and a bunch of other random set items..
I might just be lucky...
EDIT: I've also randomly farmed on my alt chars 4 pieces of Raekor on my barb, 3 pieces of Akkhan on my sader without really playing much on them. I think I have 3 pieces of firebird and a couple of pieces of Vyr on my wizard who I've stepped away from.
Apr 28, 2014I managed to get the cow level rift over the weekend, it was pretty awesome.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
On a side note, I was doing a T-4 rift the other dayhit the conduit totem which was conveniently placed next to a goblin heard, must have killed 15 gob's at one time.
Apr 21, 2014Knowah posted a message on That special moment when Ring of Royal Grandeur finally drops..Thanks for the reply Bagstone. I guess I will be farming the fastest difficulty level for loot cache's now.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
I have also tried farming T1 and opening on T6. If its as Bagstone says then it really makes not difference.
Apr 21, 2014Knowah posted a message on That special moment when Ring of Royal Grandeur finally drops..Quick question, does anyone know if farming bounties on a higher torment level effects the % to find a leg in the loot bag? I have also been farming this elusive ring, I switch from T1to T3 from time to time and I wonder is it really worth doing it on T3.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Apr 17, 2014If the movement speed reduction from two handers is that much of an issue then look for other avenues. I don't currently use a two hander instead I us a block damage base build using a one hander. I currently have no problem running T-3 and can do T-4 with my current build and gear.Posted in: Crusader: The Church of Zakarum
Keeping punish up I have a 75% chance to block this allows roar to proc pretty much not stop. I also use blessed shield which is buffed by my block %. Again since I have a 75% chance to block this keeps me constantly healed by renewal. The more hits I take the more damage I do. With my current gear and build I have been able to just stand in the middle of 3 elite packs and weather storm while they kill them selves.
A good initiation process for this build is to run up to a pack suck them in with condemn vacuum or just falling sword dive right into them hit punish and watch the mayhem unfold. if you have one of those oh shit moments I'm about to die you can hit iron skin reflective damage to reduce the damage your taking and deal an additional 200% thorns damage, doing this at the right time can also cause a massive damage spike to enemies. Another escape method is to use falling sword to escape a nasty situation.
My current build is still missing a few key items for example the bracers that cause 1000% thorns damage or other items like Cindercoat to buff my fire % damage. There is huge potential with this build with the right set of items.
I would much rather post a solution to your probleminstead ofbitching and crying about it like the masses. I do agree crusaders need tweaking in certain areas, until this fix happens there are plenty of other viable options.
Apr 2, 2014Knowah posted a message on Resist all from intelligence - unfair scaling compared to DEX and STR?Blizzard made it so thatmelee takes lessdamage so the fact that Wiz and WD's have more res from intirrelevant. Even if we have more res melee is still getting the damage reduction. Sounds fair to me.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Jun 20, 2013A large horde is a complete under statement for the amount of mobs you pulled, you pretty much pulled the entire map. WTF did you think would happen.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
You dont have to burn them all down at one time to get the massacre bonus. Pull a large grp kill the majority while leaving a few alive and kite to the next grp will keep your spree going all day long .
Everyone knows you dont go full retard!

Your characters made me laugh, yea there pretty bad lol. This just drives the point in that the only way to succeed in this game is to use the RMAH or GMAH.
I try not to use the ah but its just to tempting. Im in the same boat as Jaetch just not as hardcore as he or she.
It just blows my mind how blizz let this happen.
Jun 10, 2013Whats your point? you can flip items on the gold ah and make tons of gold.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
i wanna see people who dont use the ah period, their characters probly suck ass (98% of them).
its sad that the only way to get good at this game is by useing the ah, wtf was blizz thinking!
Jun 4, 2013Knowah posted a message on Looking for some insight on how to get from 287k dps to 300k.Unfortunately there are no cheap dps upgrades at your current dps. I'm in the same boat at the moment, 280K ish unbuffed.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
Your ring has no Str, a wailing host is a good upgrade. your mainhand weapon has no Str. crafted trifecta gloves or ammy. I find that IK boots and chest are the best way to go to keep the two set. If you think about it, its the least dps loss way to go. my barb only needs a mainhand weapon upgrade to break the 300k unbuffed dps mark. dps range on my mainhand axe is just over 1k, if i get one over 1100k while maintaining the other stats. Again there is no cheap way to hit the 300k dps mark. a lucky craft is probly your best bet. check out the route i took on my barb maybe it will help.
let me know if any of this helps.
Jun 4, 2013The HP jump from mp 9 to 10 is retarded. The reward jump from 9 to 10 is not worth it at all. I farm mp 9 and 10 with ease. I tend to stay at 9 cause its just not worth farming 10.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Im currently at 280k dps unbuffed, your dps is at 140k ish. you are not rdy for mp10, not even close.
Stick to 9 for now unless blizz changes the reward for 10.
May 27, 2013Knowah posted a message on Can i get my barb farming mp10 with 450million gold as is now?First and formost your all resist is crap, you want be farming high mp's with it that low anytime soon! Your life at a minimum should be 40k. DPS looks good enough to farm mp 9 or 10, its not just dps you gotta worry about to farm high mp's. you gotta balance it with survivability. If your thinking end game for gear then you should be useing one handers. My gear and spec work very weill on mp 9 and 10.Posted in: Barbarian: Bastion's Keep
My barb still needs some tweaking but its a good guildline to follow.
