What do you expect when the developers came from WoW,
I've farmed about 450 elites since the patch, including A3, A4 and A1, A1 with like 325% MF gear, the others equipping it when the elites are about to die.
I've had two (yes, two) ilvl 63 items, a handful of 62, but majority of Ilvl 61 or lower.
Compared to before the patch, it was raining Ilvl 63, I still have about 25 in my stash. You can claim that loot is random, however at a certain Sample Size (with many academic studies showing that a sample size of over 200 is in fact 95% accurate) it is not just randomised.
I will still play the game though, just sucks not making any money anymore on this game. (and ironically that act 1 bads can get 250 USD due to RNG).
