What are people's opinion's of Inna's vs Tal'Rasha Chest?

Would it be better to go Mempho and Inna's Chest / Pants or Inna's Pant's Tal'Rasha's and Inna's Head Piece?

Just wondering Also, Looking for some gearing help as well to increase my DPS as well as Increase my abilities to do MP's as 5 or 6 is about the highest i can get and in a group setting its typically 4 to 5

So looking for some Help with about a 150Mil Budget

Alright,

I changed and now have 640 Life on hit 11.5DPS and 32K health...I am still getting wrecked..My attack speed is just under 2Secounds as well.....

Anything else or is Act two just that rediculous?

First time post here, I am looking for some help for Act II.

You may say i need more Life on Hit or Attack Speed But i would be sacraficing alot of other stats? what can you recomend would be good for me to do? I die in like 3 hits and I am just frustrated as far as what to do.

Also One with Everything is it still beneficial if i am just doing all resist? or should i focus on pieces with High Dex and +Resist to say Poison? or Would i want a piece that is +Poison resist as well as All Resist?

I guess i am a little confused on how One with Everything works...or maybe i am just a baddie...Either way Care to help me out?

and yes i am a noob to Diablo games first time playing and i am really enjoying but i do need some pointers.
