IAS is still nice. I try to get IAS always on my glove, on one ring, and my quiver obviously. You can get it on a few pcs, but for amulet, i think you would be missing out on bigger crit dmg bonus (40-63%). You can still get comparable DPS with some legendary/set IAS set, but your dex will plummit from say 2100 to 1600 easily. You'll get more shots off, but your crits won't be as huge.
For 2H Xbow weapon, try not to get IAS as is incorporated to the DPS shown on the weapon (your max damage isn't as high to comparable 2h in that DPS range). Higher min-max = bigger crit number.
For bows, I think it's okay since the damage range is pretty large (min-max), and the quicker the shots the better. You want to get LOH on this vs the Xbow typ.
If you are every looking for IAS on armor [in legendary/set items], always use the AH filtering instead of searching for the right up front. This way you can never have a broken "ASI" affix show up.
To do this, search by [armor], [any type], than search by item lvl, than by attacks peed, and atleast one unique affix that is common on that piece of item (ie, reduced melee by x%, or block %, or chance to fear, etc.)
Your build doesn't work too well with 1h. For Cluster Arrow, you want a slow 2H with high damage range, so when you do crit (lets say 200% crit dmg average), you hit like a truck.
Your damage went down because CRIT dmg skews your DPS by a ton. And unless you can just stand there, you won't be doing 60K DPS every second. Give the 2H another try.
I know Natayla set is OP but you still have too much discipline spenders. I would just stick with SS. For Gloom to work effectively, you may want more defensive stats (all resist, vit, etc.)
My recommendation:
Hungering Arrow w/ Spray of Teeth
Cluster Arrow w/ Loaded w/ Bears
Smoke Screen w/ Lingering Fog
Prepration w/ Invigoration or backup. I think Invigoration would be better for you personally.
Caltrope w/ either Jagged Rune or Baited (couldn't hurt to even more insane crit chance) I would prob stick with jagged since you can pretty much spam it
Spike trap w/ Scatter Rune or Raining Vengeance (Flying Strike or Stampede)
Archery
Steady Aim
Tactical Advantage/Grenadier/Nightstalker. I prefer TA but if you want to get more Cluster Arrow off by all means pick Grenadier, the bomb on death is kinda cute. Nightstalker works really well with a high crit chance build which Natayla set can offer.
As always, maximize your discipline on quiver+10, and chest+10 as best as you can. As far as playstyle, I don't know how u play, but stutterstep+kiting w/; caltrope is good. I would not recommend facetanking spamming SS (you're vuln for that .5 sec). You should almost never die unless you have bad RNG if you run with SS/TA and your near limitless discipline.
