Why do you play. Let's keep this a positive thread and not belittle anyone for their reasons.
I play the game to have fun and unwind at the end of the day.
Since I don't allow quick join, I can play alone and "pause" the game when I need to stop to help my Wife with something or my 7 month old son wakes up, needs to be fed, or needs to be changed. This game is great for parents to play when they get a free moment.
I also get to play with some of the friends that I have made playing other games and keep in touch with them.
I've enjoyed the Diablo franchise since the original and actually played through 1 and 2 again just before 3 came out so I could get a story refresh. It's a great story line and it is still very enjoyable to play.
I enjoy it for what it is, a game.

@dao: What would you have me swap out for rend in a WW build.......

As for the Echoing Fury, I came to that same conclusion with my Echoing Fury. It has a good amount of Dex on it so I might just give it to my Monk since it will give her far more DPS than the one she is using right now. If not, I can always try and sell it to pick up a replacement weapon.
Inna's pants would be a nice upgrade for the Movement Speed allowing me to swap out my Tyrael's might and not have to lose the 12%. I could also use some nice Lacuni's with Crit chance on them. There are plenty of combinations of upgrades for me but unless I start getting lucky and finding them or some nice items that are worth a decent amount, I fear it will be quite a while before I get that sorted out.
I did switch my Cleave rune to do more dmg and havent run into an issue with goblins in MP5 anymore. I also tried swapping out my Wrath rune for Insanity, It allows me to kill things faster in quick fights but I'll be switching it back to Thrive on Chaos since 15 seconds just isn't long enough for large packs in act 3 since my kill speed has actually gone down.

If you are comfortable in MP1 for now, go to act 3 and farm exp there. I like to start with Kill Azmodan quest and run backwards from the last WP. Once I get through to Fields, I go back to town and run the path to Ghom and then Stonefort for Key warden. I kill Az last and start over. Tons of Exp.
Farm paragon levels. The gold and drops will happen while you are doing this anyway.
More Resistances will allow you to increase DPS by changing passives and comfortably move into higer MP levels. Oh, and raise your Crit chance and Crit dmg if you can.
Don't reroll monk. I started with a Monk and moved to a Barb for some change.
If you want to farm together feel free to add me as a friend. My battletag is listed to the left.
I don't mind sharing my drops if they can help you and aren't worth bazillions

You mentioned bash in your reply. Should I switch cleave out for bash? I have been using cleave to gain fury more quickly if needed. One or two swings with cleave can fill my fury if I get a few crits depending on the size of the pack.

I got lucky and found my Echoing Fury last night giving me a 7k dps bump over my old weapon and am now sitting at 80k unbuffed DPS.
I don't really have much trouble with surviving or killing most monsters in MP4-5 alone accept when I come across a goblin. There are times when they will get away from me with just under 1m health left and it's quite frustrating.
Is my DPS at a respectable level or is it still too low and that is why I am running into this?
