Hey all. I'm going to pick up D3 on consoles next month and I want to know what you think is the fastest way to level a Wiz? The game does use patch 2.0.5 (maybe 2.0.6), so it should be identical.

I want to level up quickly, so how do you think it should be done? There will be no high levels so it's gonna have to be a solo endeavor.

I guess this will be the last bump:(

I'm bumping this. I really need help with leveling strategy. Does anyone have any advice at all regarding this?

Hi everyone. I played RoS when it first came out so I'm familiar with it, but I dropped it somewhat quickly do to a lot of personal things going on. With the imminent release of RoS on Xbox and Playstation, I thought I'd pick it up there since I enjoyed the vanilla version so much on it.

The console version will use patch 2.0.6.

So, I'm looking for help with the achievements - I want to know of some optimal ways to go through them. Here's a link:

Some of the ones I'm specifically interested in strategies for are:

1. Complete 500 bounties - Is there any way to make this fast other than just playing them on the lowest difficulty?
2. Finish a Nephalem Rift within 15 minutes - will this be an issue in any way?
3. Reach level 70 with 6 different classes - what's the fastest way to level something up by yourself? Is there a significantly faster way to do it with other players?
4. Kill 100 Treasure Goblins - Is there a good way to farm this?

Not to nitpick, but XBLA isn't a place you can buy things - it's a title for certain games so you know what to expect (basically indie-quality stuff at low prices).

The DLC is on sale on the Xbox Marketplace (where XBLA are also sold, as well as anything else).

Forgive me, but what does "density turned on is required" mean?

So...what would you guys suggest?

Oh, and I should note I am a demon hunter with 160K dps. Elite mobs have 3 affixes on console inferno and are easy to melt with my dps.

Hi friends. I haven't played Diablo on PC since initial release (yeah, I'm one of those), but I've been really enjoying the console version. I've almost got all the achievements - there are only two left: Level 30 Hardcore character and....

Pick up 5 Million Gold

For those unfamiliar with the PC version of this achievement, this does not include vending items or trading gold or anything like that. You must actually loot the gold off the ground.

So, how do you guys suggest I go about farming this? I can farm anything on Inferno with about 300%MF and GF. I don't have much gold find gear as it simply doesn't drop (except 2 or 3 amulets...). And, of course, there's no AH to help out with the gearing process so unless something drops I'm basically out of luck there.

Any suggestions for farming methods? Going all the way through from normal Act 1 to killing Diablo gave me about 750K gold. So I've got a long way to go.

Anyway, I will retract my position on there necessarily being a good way to farm it. Apparently, the first person to get it was lucky enough to get a Puzzle Ring (thanks loot 2.0!) and he duped it for the other 3 people who have the achievement (thanks offline!).

Still, I appreciate the location suggestions.

I'm not uppity. I don't need to calm down. I may sound hostile but, rest assured, I am not in reality. I simply want to put down the idea that there is no farming method because obviously there is one. If you don't know what it is, that's fine. I understand it's not something you actively seek.

But it's apparent that such a thing does exist. Too many people have it in too short a time. The key is finding it.

I'll do some Vault of the Assassins runs.

I want to finish the game in 1 week, not a few weeks. And yes, RNG is RNG, but out of 7 people who have killed Diablo on Inferno on Xbox, 3 of them have 100 treasure goblins. The chances of that happening without farming? Basically zero. You'd have to get a treasure goblin on practically every section of the game all the way to the end.

No, they farmed them somehow and it was effective, not 2 in 10 hours.

Then how do players get this hours after completing Inferno for the first time (and spending less than a day in Inferno total)? They must be doing something. I know there's no guaranteed spawns...but there must be something more than "just play the game."

And as I said, someone who first played the game a few days ago has this achievement less than a day after completing Inferno for the first time. They must have farmed it somehow - I just want to figure out how.

I said they added it to the console game - that does not imply that it was not in the PC version. I even typed "as some of you may know." Why are you even posting that? How is that relevant? Who cares if it's in the game or not on PC.

Well, that's not true. I care. I actually post this on a PC forum because presumably there may be some people here who went and farmed this recently.
