My spreadsheet works by letting you put in your own items, then adds it up for you. No longer do you have to add up the numbers yourself! This, of course, makes the process a bit slower, but does allow you to test individual item changes (and is built to allow you to do just that).
It works for every class. If it doesn't (and I'm sure bugs exist) I will fix it.
It is built to be expanded beyond just damage -- mitigation, spell breakdowns, EH, TTL, all things I can add with this design.
It requires Excel

Don't touch green, use the dropdown for blue, and fill in numbers for yellow! Feel free to only include the stats that are relevant to you to speed it up.
Okay, maybe not the greatest, but for quality it beats everything I have seen so far. You do sacrifice a bit of ease of use, but it allows you to easily test individual items and (I believe) works for every class. Most importantly, it is built to be expanded to incorporate all relevant stats.
I uploaded it to a google drive and plan to post a link shortly, but first wanted to ask for any suggestions on things to do beforehand (other places to host, ways to protect the spreadsheet, anything of the sort).

Had a spreadsheet like this for a bit now. I haven noticed +damage% on weapons can cause small errors in the same way attack speed was earlier. Damage, as a result, can be off, I assume by up to 1.5, though I have so far only seen +.25 to -.75.
I am presently working on a *much* more advanced version and will try to post it within the next few days, though it uses functions that I do not *believe* are available on googledocs.
If anyone has any suggestions on host sites I can use, or ways to go about it, please let me know.
Only variation I use is the hex glyph for +damage, but considering changing it for those damn reflects damage packs. Currently up to 65k DPS and down to 20k HP, been soloing pony level for days now. More WD need to use this instead of the stupid bears build, though I too have had to resort to it for killing certain bosses quickly (before getting instagibbed). I hope to eventually have the resist, armor, and hp to survive, but for now this lets me kite and kill everything.
