    I have obtained the nightmarish staff of herding to allow me into whimsyshire and I am currently on route to getting my Hell staff of herding.

    I will sell the portal in normal for 5k, and 15k for nightmare.

    Clearing the map if you are underleveled will be 20k for normal, 50k for nightmare
