Before any "this is not wow" complains, be kind to remind that by tank he probably means a heavy armor, shield wielding barbarian with CC skils, including a taunting shout, and lots of life. If you don't like the "tank" reference, by all means give us a better word for it.

I know this is speculation, but what if diablo transfered himself to adria and send a corrupted aiden away to draw atention to him and hide.
So this corrupted aiden, under diablo's orders frees the other primes to have them defeated by the heroes. in hell we kill aiden, whio is possesed by another demon and 20 years later he comes back in Adria to fullfill his plans at last.
An Adriablo could be the reason diablo looks feminine in the game and having possesed a witch could imcrease its power making him an even more formidable opponent. (and remenber that with this theory we never fought diablo in d2)
EDIT: and death spreading its wings could be a references to the dragon who taugh dthe necromancers.
I like the part where you said you used theorycrafting and numbercrunching to come to the conclusion that the WD is the best choice.

the skill calculator numbers. herpderp. what other numbers would you use? its the perfect system to theorycraft and number crunch because EVERYTHING is based on weapon damage %.
Well, you have everything, but you still have nothing. You don't know about the HP of monsters, their armor, resistance rates, diminishing returns on CC, their affixes/suffixes, you don't know the attack speed of the skills, you don't know item suffixes/affixes, so all you have to base your "theorycrafting" on is weapon damage coefficients, and all you know the weapons is their raw dps.

Blizzard employees did not/could not conquer inferno.
blizzard employees are notorious for being horrible at their own games, and even if they werent it doesnt make them automatically very good players. these same players who said they died in normal a few times.. lmao.

I love Diablo, but i also have a life, friends, a wife and work. besides it goes live at 3 am here so im gonna sleep and get up at 5am to install take the dog the park, get ready for work an play for and hour or two, then ill go to the office on a cab instead of a bus to get some extra time.
Wensday night its game night at a friedns so ill probably wont play till 11 or midnight, fro thursday ill play every everynight and most weekend mornings.
Why wait over half a decade for a game only to try to beat it in two weeks?
Pure truth. I don't understand this "I must be first to beat it!" mentality. I have personally been waiting 9 years for this game. Ever since it was just a mere rumor floating around when i was playing D2 LoD. Why not get your moneys worth instead of rushing through and just having to grind for longer. I would be happy if it took me two months or possibly longer to defeat Inferno. And i will be playing alot more than most since i only have 1 class a day and 3 day weekends until this summer. (atleast 10 hours a day. everyday.)
bragging rights. but the problem is Bragging has a short lifespan as a source of enjoyment while people still enjoying the game will continue to do so for months.
Most of the descriptions are subjective and thats find. Even if its not ture psychology its not a reason to flame that much. Its true that the title can be misleading but it can be said constructively.

Also blizzard has said CC will work until inferno, but duration will be shorter. I have no reason to belive that won't apply to bosses too.

What i doubt is diablo posessing an angel. It could happen but it is not explicitly written in the prophecy like the angels' fates.
