meh. with jungle fortitude - psn rune for dogs - bad medicine - and zombie handler dogs will be grreat tanks. i guess blizzard made it so the dogs are only able to be tanks if you make your build based around them, otherwise they are just distractions that die quick. makes sense really.
If that is true, then there is no longer any guarantee that he will make the easiest transition into inferno. Maybe the exact opposite.
Also, I think you would be better off with Leeching beasts and big stinker.
It's not meant to be a giant aoe. It's far more useful on small packs like 3-5 at most. That actually makes it a pretty unique skill since even though it doesn't actually 'aoe' it fires faster than you could otherwise and is nice in small packs, plus you still get to move around while firing, which every other skill makes you stop for a second.
It's not useless by any means.
Edit: Also very useful in pvp.
Sure you shoot faster, but for less. So the overall dmg is still only 120% wpn dmg. So you are spending a buttload of hatred to do auto-shot while you move essentially....
There is some potential with Stinging Steel or Rocket Storm though.
To really want to enjoy both an online game and its community you need to have a sense of humour, even if a conversation like this arises. If you don't like something like this then you don't have to read it.
Also just because of what people talk about when servers are down doesn't mean they don't deserve a beta. Just relax the game will be out soon.

I just looked on the home page and like every wizard skill was nerfed pretty hardcore. Like meteor took nearly a 50% dmg reduction....
Now look at the WD, he has abilities that hit nearly as hard, and an army of pets. Ohh and his high dmg spells are spammable, whilst the wizard has to cast shitty signatures. WTF!!!

I am thinking DH, because I will have less competition for loot and I like the hunter style of play.
But then I think the WD might have the easiest time making the transition to inferno.

Cold blood reduces the cost of Rof to 12 AP not 0. So your build simply wont work, at least not without replacing RoF with a signature. Then you lose your ability to do single target though...
It just takes the idea out of hardcore, really. In my opinion.
the idea of hardcore is if you die you die. regardless of anything else.
you didnt exactly specify but i hope your not one of the people who think that other people buying stuff off the RMAH effects you in any way shape or form.

Edit: Here is an idea. Use Electrocute for trash, and when you need to fight a boss just switch that out for RoF cold blood or snow blast!

Teleport safe passage took a huge nerf.... I don't think its work using in PvE anymore.
