Anyone who would call blizzard would get that answer. Blizzard isnt gonna reveal its secrets to some hobo-joe off the streets; only to trusted UNDER CONTRACT employees. It is most likely under production, but they wont admit or reveal anything about it, especially to you. So dont automatically believe, or assume for one second it ISNT under production, and say that it isnt, based on a Blizzard employee you talked to on the phone... -

That game looks amazing, I hadnt even seen it til I just read this post. You must be out of your mind if you say ti looks indecent at all. It looks quite fun!

yeah I know, thats what I meant about debating the inevitable...
Anyway, Lets just hope to God they dont fuck up Diablo by making it like WoW, or anyhting similar. Everyone says, Oh, Diablo MMO? Woweeee
No, itd be the stupidest game ever because I'd gurantee they'd start working off of a WoW graphics engine and make it darker looking- but there's another possibility
When developing WC3 They came up for the idea of WoW- part of the team finished WC3 and the other began tinkering with WoW ideas-
They ended up with a very very dark, detailed masterpeice graph9ics engine that looked somehwat realistic- somehting that wouldve fit the diablo world- they kept it but didnt use it for WoW< thinking it might ruin the game. Instead they built off of the old graphics engine they used for WC3. A Diablo MMO might feature this graphics engine and might be something great. After all, who wouldnt want to play an MMO with a nearly full customizable character, around Diablo items and magic, and plot- where you can CHOOSE to be good or evil this time through- with more quests, more items, more armor, more weapons, think off all the vast possibilities.
Then there's the question whether they fuck it up and make it like WoW. They would lose so many players over it- too many people are crtical of WoW, more so everyday. WoW was a sellout game like I've said before, and here's proof- if they worked so hard on it- how did they release it what was it, 3 years after WC3? If that? And they continue to shove out exapnsions every year- because it isnt that hard ot make. WoW is their wallet game, something they can reach in and pull money out of- Therefore if they do make a Diablo MMO, what will it be? Another wallet game?

Not to fuel the fire even more, or get you mad, but I do remember reading About that somewhere- quoted from a bl9izzard employee who helped maing WoW- it's true, I just cant remember the source, but, You both ought to calm down, and stop arguing over somehting that to you in inevitable, you cant chnage what Diablo 3 will be or anyhting, and you cant chnage the production of a game already made either, so stop, for the sake of all of us who want a decent discussion, not a full out war of mouth
