Thank you so much, I dont know why my friend think every acts have a table loot like d2 ?
So after XX runs of act3 without any legendary found I should not fear to farm lower act... I cannot be more unlucky

I just want to know if every end-game legendary can drop in all acts of inferno ? I search alot and find nothing... only stat on % to drop, not what can be drop...

I just bored to farm act3 and my friend call me a noob to play in act2...

I know its less experience but I want to know if you have a loot table of specific drop in act1,2 and 3/4 ? or the loot table are the same only the chance are changed?

So you are "forced" to farm act3 (when you are able to)

(im lvl 15 paragon and NO LEGENDARY YET) Always bad lucked with the loot of blizzard...

I play about 5-6 game from the start and dont get new area... its only unlocked for a period and its finish ? Someone know the percent of chance to pop ?

here step to reproduce the bug :

1. go in the skills window (s)
2. click on your secondary or others slot except primary
3. click on the assigned skill icon between skill runes and buttons (Left click)

Bug : it switch to primary skill. Unable to reswitch to secondary except cancel. Not intended

I salavage more than 50 blue since patch and no one give me yellow... i thought the ratio only drop to 5% from 10% ?...

low lvl like beta you definitly take the shield but maybe end game spell book and orb will be so powerful

dont know if elemental dmg are calculated in the % or after all?

Just know the att. speed work with skills (primary (no cooldown)).

So if you knockback or frost or whatever you can proc. with an attack, better to take high att. speed.

Its a melee wizard for pvp, need high physical dps.

teleport, mirror image, meteor, slow time, some spectral blade and explosive blast

teleport can have 2 rune : 30% less dmg or reversal (bring you back to previous location)

cast meteor and slow time before the meteor fall down. slow time add 20% dmg.

the mirror image will depend on how AI work... Maybe will not fit with this build if players easily find who is the real wizard.

If so it will be switch with diamond skin cast if opponent stay in my slow time to attack me.

What I meant : It's just an huge inconsistency, I'm asking if blizz have a structure for descriptions. The fail is you wrote all spells in a way and change this way for only one spell... I call that a fail... like many trolling answer you post.

ehhh yes, simplified tooltips of all spell includes damage types, except spectral blade.

Do you noticed, spectral blade spell from wizard is THE ONLY ONE who dont have the description of damage type. Every others spell said : xxx% of weapon damage "as physical, ice, fire, arane..."
