I've done a lot of research in terms of builds and I came to the conclusion as to why I picked this one for a reason This character lies more in the terms of hide and seek effect. Hide to try to avoid catastrophic combat areas and seek to find the look that one as I would want to get their hands on. Both threatening shout and hammer of the ancients allow the rune effects to increase 15% the odds of nice loot drop, now if you include a bunch of emerald gems your chances can be increased even more so from 5% all the way to 31% at max level of gem; with inspiring presence passive threatening shout is also extended by duration. This in turn allows the magic find aspect to be very heavily enforced and gives me the flexibility to find special loot that I intent to eventually gain. Now in terms of hiding, Bash is heavily involved in generating that quick fury for spending, while leap attack can help you get away from a sticky situation or get into a group and stun them all for a good crunch breaker in combat, Overpower then comes in handy as the most damage output in 260% 9-yard to all target + its rune, with the passive ruthless the critical chances are increased to allow an automatic reset, I would use overpower if its too much of a fight, also as ultimate use of power in case of emergency I can activate Wrath of the Berserker with its rune for added damage. Reason I didn't use earthquake was because its damage output is like a rend like effect and wouldn't stop a monster of really dedicating heavy blows to my barbarian. which is why wrath of the berserker adds more crit for a nice overpower usage as well. This build is also intended for a hardcore character for me as in the ability to survive is a key aspect of harder difficulties. Why I want a heavy focus in Overpower is to deal the heavy blows, and in magic find to find loot my other characters would need, or even help a team get what would improve them, not to mention better magic find for myself to increase that overpower and hammer of the ancients damage output. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#aZYdUP!ZcU!acaaZZ
I disagree it should be random, some of us have a lot of consideration in the real mechanics of the game and put time and effort to create the build adequate for their suit. I think randomly really decreases the chances of the one who really "deserve" a key rather than those who put builds up and say mediocre general sentences about their builds just for a beta key
