Hi guys,
I'm new to Diablo 3, just bought it for my NSwitch. And I'm afraid I can't choose class by myself. Can you help?
I'm mainly playing in different games as a summoner, like tanky summoner caster with summons as the main source of dmg or hybrid support class. I really like good armor with Shield. For example, my favorite classes in WoW are: Warlock, Shaman, and Paladin. For D2: Necromancer and Druid.
So I'm looking at classes in D3 and I'm torn between WD, Necro and Crusader.
WD looks like Warlock in WoW, but really fragile. Not a fan of glass-cannon characters so I'm not sure about this. But his summon-oriented playstyle is what I really like.
Necro looks more like Death Knight. Not much summoner, more like a warrior I suppose, with some skeletons. And as far as I know, can be played as support in the endgame.
Yeah, I know Crusader is not summoner, but his tanky-style and Paladin theme is what I really like in different games. But for the first time in the game, I think I should go with summoner class. I just like how they look in game
I will mostly play for Solo content, maybe some time with a random party and not sure what to pick up. So any help for newbie summoner? Or just for a newbie player. Maybe my understanding of classes is far from reality?
