posted a message on Primals not dropping for me, is anyone else experiencing this?

Find primal all the time. I stopped counting. Got a Dayntee and trag head primal (im using inarius) for my Necro . Everything else in the Forge. Usually in 4 man group, fast finish on regular and Greater rifts like 4 min.

When you do find primal, you have to leave and find new 4man party. I've played for 4 hours, same party, find 1 primal.

But find new game after 3 or 4 runs and keep switching between GR and regular. Primals so often i don't even know I have them till my inventory is full. a whole bunch of useless, non set, non specific garbage primals I cannot use. I almost rather not find anything. Get super excited when you see the red border, same time disappointed when it's no where near what I can use. My heart cant take it.

posted a message on Necromancer issues with Inarius set, bone armor , grim scythe creating invincible enemies. How has this been missed?

Im didnt get it because that's kinda what this build does, but instead it extends pick up radius of Aura of Frailty to maximum so briggs can pull more enemies into bone tornado for regular rift runs.

You can see the build on diablofans. Its called Ultimate Reaper X. Check out the video and you can see the concept.

You are correct, no runes as well. Bone spirit cant be used because of how often it makes contact but does no damage.

The point is if bone tornado is meant to buff melee attacks, then the ONLY melee attack the Necromancer has , Grim scythe, should match the same radius to make better use of Inarius set. The bones tornado AND grim scythe should have the same radius.

@blackcurse my Ultimate Reaper X build already makes use of avarice band , gold wrap, and boon of hoarder with Steuart. Im clearing t13 regular rifts faster than alot of monks and barbs with 300-400 more paragon points.

@abob the point is to use Inarius in GR(by the way bone tornado is stuck at 4750% weapon damage and does nothing in high GR even with Pain Enhancer ) and regular rifts, not switching off and not what everyone else already uses. With this build, every yard counts big. it needs to be exact, the difference in 2 yards means pulling in around 5 or more ranged attackers. Each enemy hit adds over 960%damage to Grim Scythe with this build. Bone armor is fine, The bone tornado needs to be slightly wider about .5 yard and Grim scythe needs to match the bone tornado so they both reach the same enemies pulled to you when you use Aura of Frailty and Briggs.

Also, if you play often with the Necromancer class you clearly see it is broken. They only fixed bone ringer. One small example of many, if you equip a weapon with no other gear or points, corpse lance(1750% weapon damage) does more damage than bone spirit (4000% weapon damage) and just as well bone spirit often hits and does no damage. I call that broken..

Bone Armor effect rips bones from "nearby" enemies, Inarius damage bonus only effects "nearby` enemies. Yet Inarius damage radius is less than Bone armor effect radius. Hit a group of enemies with the bone armor rip, but the damage bonus of Inarius does not apply to all enemies hit with bone armor. Now you need the scythe to clean up....

Same description, both unaffected by gold pickup so why different? Did development overlook this?

Grim Scythe attack area is less than boneado. Enemies can be hit by boneado but one step out of scythe reach. Now you have to pivot in a very small circle to kill everything the boosted bone armor missed. I thought this was suppose to be like a melee build set for Necro..

Using briggs ring and aura of Frailty , when enemies in range are pulled to you , they become invincible in the air while being pulled in and only when they land can you inflict damage. You can be surrounded by enemies and bone armor or grim scythe will do zero damage.

likey stuck with the Necromancer as is. For the $7.84 it cost, would be nice if they threw the Necro a small update patch. Balance in grim scythe and Inarius set damage radius , remove buff thats allows enemies to not take damage while being pulled in by Briggs and Frailty arua combo.

posted a message on What if Bone Spirit cost Essence?

Would really bring the Inarius Necro into higher rifts. Especially on a poison rune. maybe have 5 yard area damage included in base skill. Could be better than Singularity Mage
