This is my solo witch doctor build that will hopefully work well in the later levels of the game...I prefer the characters with pets, using the necromancer a lot in D2. I like the thought of utilizing both the zombie dogs and gargantuan together, with my witch doctor tossing firebombs imbued with the pyrogeist rune. I can't wait to give this build a shot!

Hopefully I am lucky enough to be selected for one of the beta keys in a little bit, so I can check out the early action in the game!

I look to either have a wizard or witch doctor first. So I guess my "dream team" would consist of a monk, barb and demon hunter. Hell, I'd play with all wizards/witch docs if the game would come out tomorrow, lol. Here's to hoping for an early April release!

Having not played the game as of yet, I can't fully comment. That being said, the class I was looking least forward to playing prior to watching play-throughs was the monk. I figured if I were to play a melee character, it would certainly be the barbarian. not the case, now that I have seen some uploaded videos. I think I would really enjoy the monk, and am looking forward to a chance to check him, as well as the othe classes out, either in the beta or when the game finally arrives.

I prefer the current system. Yes, it may mean that some of the uniques you find will be "worthless" to you. Use them for crafting! That's the glory of the crafting system... Furthermore, I think the oppotunity to have one character in each class that can "morph" into any build is awesome! No longer do we have to make 3 different builds of each class. I love it!

I am excited to check out the new system, either at release, on in beta testing (if I ever get in). The new system seems to me to be a lot more fun, and puts the emphasis back on looting for weapons to assist in your overall damage. I am excited to see all of the variations of builds once the game makes it in our hands...Soone rather than later, hopefully!

Seriously? She is a barbarian...They are not supposed to look like someone you would want to cuddle up with at night...I think Blizz got it completely right, and should keep her the way she is.

I too would pay, but it would depend on the price... I guess I could see myself paying something in the neighborhood of $25 for beta access. Maybe they could even give some sort of a discount along with that toward the purchase of the game.

Reading this makes me even more excited for the game to come out... I wasn't necessarily thrilled at the though of having 7 different levels of skill runes to find/trade for/buy. This system seems like it will be a lot more fun, which is what I'm looking for in a game.

I can't imagine playing Diablo without clicking away on my mouse! That being said, I would love to sit back on my couch and play on the 360... I've preordered the collector's edition for the pc, but might look at grabbing a copy for the xbox if it did arrive. I just want it to come already! Getting very anxious!!!

This has been a huge debate for me...I have always thought a female wizard would be the first character for me. My favorite class in D2, however, was the summon necro. That being said, I feel like I might enjoy the witch doctor more than any other class. If I decided to go the melee route, I am leaning toward the monk as I feel it will be a little more fun than the barbarian. Who knows though, I might change my mind on which is the funnest after playing for a while...
