ladder doesn't change any aspect of the game outside of creating another environment where based upon what they stated will have ladder specific items, achievements, and a leader board or something tied to people who hit 70/difficulty/experience/whatever.

As far as being ''forgiving'' or not, it has nothing to do with time frames or if the specific GM is in a good mood or not, if they determine AFK farming is an offense that is bannable..they'll do it..or they might just suspend anyone or hell they may do nothing at all but fix the problem

If you play on hardcore, I suppose you could consider rerolling % AS into vitality for survival but if you aim for highest DPS possible, go for the dmg reroll.

Thanks for clearing that up..I was totally mystified and yet confused by the numbers he was throwing out.

The point is, even his made up guestimates of the loot breakdown are totally off. I have 3 70's and between the 3 of them I've probably found 4-5 different class specific items out of lets say over 200 legendaries.

Okay so you are telling me to trust your "napkin statitics" and not his? your numbers are just as pulled out of a hat. Lets just all spout RNG together like every other one of these threads and laugh.

as i got other characters to 70 it is random all the time.....? i find more off stat gear than i do class specific..... i think you missed the point here. Before i got other classes to 70 i found 90% class specific stats. now its like.... 15%
