They are planning more sweepstakes? Damn, I thought the beta process was going to finish SoonTM.
i think it is, and right now they'Re doing so huge of a beta invite, i think it's to further stress-test their servers, kinda of like simulating a launch.

People with vendettas against D3 that wants to keep the shitstorm going....

Actually, i find 2 hours per day still lets tons of time to get some sun and be social... Seriously i find that pretty casual.

It's kind of hard to miss.

If you read Dev Blog, they did. "Have 4 skills on cooldown" is the worst mechanic ever. Basically, sure now you have less regen (60 instead of 80), but at least, you now have cooldowns you can use... Now you can Spirit Walk for Mana because you need mana, not because the skill went off CD and you risk losing VQ...

2H will have higher affxies to compensate the fact you lose the stats of an offhand, for example, they can roll up to 200% crit damage in 1.0.4 to compensate for two weapons rolling for 100%. The gap between 1h and 2h is going to be smaller.
They gave us examples for one class so far. Maybe they thought barbarians mechanics were all pretty solid, they just needed numbers to compensate. I'd bet we'll see more redesigns in the Witch Doctor blog...

Eyeballs would ruin the whole damn thing.

Lifesteal having a 80% nerf on Inferno, i really don't feel like its anywhere near LoH for anything short of those 80k+ dps builds.
Also, take Spectral Blade Deep Cuts for example, it gets 88% of your LoH Per Hit Per Target. That's CRAZY good.
Healing Blades (Heal on Crit) rune only has a 60% LoH coefficient so even with the healing on crit, you'll get less healing overhall.

And now i'm guarenteed people are going to bitch at 1.04 because They want to buff Legendaries to have a unique flair, but it seems people like you are looking for extremes where Legendaries means instant BiS.
The max MF that can be on an item is 20% and you want a 70% chest? I would only be okay with a 70-100% MF item if it had no chance to roll Str/Dex/Int/Vit and you couldnt swap it at the last minute. Like a "Here's ashitload of MF, but the rest of your gear is going to have to carry this dead weight for the sake of MF" kinda thing.
I wouldnt mind a Legendary rolling 20-25% though, still higher than anything else, but not overpowered for the sake of big numbers.

See you a month after release.

I mean, if you get in the higher end of DPS and then go for an Archon build... your main ability ticks for 375% Weapon Damage every second. so that's almost four times the displayed number.

Considering things such as 15% Glass Cannon and 15% Magic Weapon ends up as 30% instead of 32.5%, or Prismatic Armor and Archon ends up as 80% increased resist instead of 96%...
Probably same system everywhere, but testing wouldn't hurt to confirm.
