posted a message on I was wondering...
As many of you may be, I am addicted to this game. Though lately I have been getting bored of just key runs and mfing. So I have decided to attempt to play a character all the way through hell: no items from my other characters, im doing all quest, getting all waypoints. The character I have brainstormed is predominately a Druid Summoner, Im maxing the wolves and bear to interchange during different PvM situations, Im maxing poison creeper (cuz i love this little guy, and he is the only vine that benefits a party) And Oak Sage of course. Im also putting a few points into Werebear because i could always use the extra life and defense. I figure although it may be possible to simply let my minions and merc do all my evil bidding. I have also decided to get 1 damage skill of my own. Now here is the tricky question: Can you cast a hurricane, then transfrom into a werebear, having the hurricane still around you? Thank you for all responses in advance.

Eh! A summoner.... Does your summon skel skill have to substanially higher then 20 for your skels to survive in hell?

Within the first hour I ever played D2 a high level joined my Den of Evil game and proceeded to Fill my storage with High uniques to include 2 sojs (in the days where sojs were THEE currency on b.net) Now a days it seems if you make a game asking for a Tir Rune you better at least have Sigons set to trade for it. There are way more asking for free games I see then Free Here games. There are so many people i see with multiple mule accounts, i've met a guy with 40 Zod's on 1 Char, people with so much stuff they wont ever use, yet heaven forbid you ask for Duriels Shell to start you out. Has b.net turned us all into selfish item packrats?

As many of you may do. I quit playing D2lod a few times a year, either I dont have access, or i just get plain bored of everything at the time. Recenty i just started up again and i have gotten alot of input on this subjuect but i could always use more: What is the best build for someone starting out with nothing. A build that would guaruntee success in hell and high (90+) levels?
