here my last e-mail from cs.. they really investigated 4 times my account and i tried to explain my game play..but as i said before you can not safe if you have played totally legit..nothing to say

but how can someone had Access to my account. i had authenticator as well.. anyway now i am stopping to fight. i learned nothing cannot change this fact. just sorry about this i will be remember as a bot!
okey investigated many hours about false bans and learned this is not only blizzard's problem saw many false bans with another games such as csgo,dark souls3,etc etc and learned this if you play an online game you always under risk because there is billion softwares and these softwares running controlled or uncontrolled and yes many of them known as an unauthorized third party programs by company. problem is in my eyes (believe or not) they dont know seperate which one is good, which one is bad software and what is the solution of this? dont know actually but what can i do for this. i can play still online games with under this risk or i can play offline games.. i prefered 2nd options cos i learned online game's ruthless face..

now thinking with your words.. how can be there is no false positive with "It could make a mistake" with random selected investigation as you said..

it was my answer..may? really may not certain huh? may.. what a clear answer may..
also asked them thse questions..
1- if i found a bot program what is it name?
2- if i use bot why i never play even 1 time nonstop 24 hour? from 2012 even 1 time..
3- if i use bot why i always answered for a question from game chat
4- if i used bot why i closed game at night 12-2 pm? why i dont continue to play for rifts or low grift why i closed game when i go to sleep_? why did i even 1 time..
5- dont i use any electricity simulators?skype?teamspeak? game video recorder?etc..
6- when i play game cant i go to afk for wc or water or food?
i didnt any answer for these questions from cs or hackteam.. so how you believe they clear or they %100 right..

not so far they did many false about 3 weeks ago with d2 and wow.
just a simple question if they %100 true about d3 banwaves from 2013 why still they doing many positive falses with their another games.
