    posted a message on Pillar of the Ancients nerf?
    IIRC it wasn't too long ago when I checked the Monk calculator, specifically the Wave of Light skill. When runed with an obsidian runestone it turned into Pillar of the Ancients, and did 100% weapon damage followed 2 seconds later by an additional 500% weapon damage.

    I just checked the Monk calculator and now it says it does 100% weapon damage followed 2 seconds later by an additional 111% weapon damage.

    I know when I originally checked the runes were rank 6 instead of rank 4, and that it's impossible for anyone to actually KNOW if the rank 6 still makes it do 500% weapon damage 2 seconds later. However, do you guys think that with rank 4 doing 111% additional, that 2 ranks higher the number will still be 500% additional damage?

    Oh yeah, I've got another question. Does anyone know if there's going to be a hide helmet option or something? I'm gonna be a sad panda if I can't see my bengal tiger colored Khajiit.

    Ah man, I hate this!!!!

    I want to be too many things and I can't decide which one:

    1. Battle Mage - One handed weapon + Magic.

    2. Mage - All spells

    3. Ranger - Bow and Arrows

    4. Duelmaster - Duel wielding.

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH WHICH ONE TO CHOSE!!!!

    Dual = two
    Duel = fighting

    I MUST FIX EVERYONE'S ENGLISH PROBLEM BEFORE 11/11/11!!!!!!!!!!

    Why than didn't you fix up this:

    Chose = past tense
    Choose = present tense

    Because I'm particularly hellbent against dual vs duel, especially after 6 years of idiots in WoW. Oh and I suppose I could say.... "Why than didn't you fix up this" should be "Then why didn't you fix this". :D

    We did see the guy use a sword and staff in the official demo video. So I don't see why you couldn't dual wield staves.

    Bows are two handed though obviously.

    Boooooo, I want a bow in 1 hand and a spell in the other!

    I've got a question about dual wielding that I couldn't find when searching around online. Do staves count as 1 handed? What about bows? It'd be so cool to have a bow & spell or double staves!

    I lived in Oakland for 10 years, there are good cops but there are also a load of super cops too. In my 20's, my then roommate's older brother was a cop in the Oakland Housing Department force. They would patrol the housing projects in the acorn district (also known as the kill-zone). They ended up being investigated for corruption (stealing and pocketing drug dealers money), the department got closed down and my roommate's brother was among the bad cops who went to prison for 5 years. I'm not surprised by anything the OPD would pull.

    There are good people and bad people in any group/organization. I'm sure that applies to BOTH the protesters in Oakland & the police department.

    Oakland police are trigger happy with the tear gas because they've had the most recent riots of all the OWS cities. It's pretty unlucky they had to go and shoot a vet. in the face with a teargas canister and leave him to die though.

    Personally, I wouldn't trust anyone from Oakland with or without a badge. =)

    The "shoot a veteran in the face" and "leave him to die" were hands down the funniest parts of what you said. You know, since you're essentially implying they intentionally and directly fired it at his head (of which there's no proof that did or didn't happen). Don't forget "leave him to die", nice job going out of your way to spin and put a negative connotation on officers trying to control a riot. IIRC weren't all the protesters told like 2 times before that they couldn't be on that spot because they were blocking the building or something? I'll have to look it up to make sure.

    Doesn't really matter if they meant to hit him or not. They did.

    I'm not trying to fetishize the protest POV, but the fact a Vet was nearly killed by a tear-gas canister is just that, a fact. The fact he was not assisted by officers and instead taken to the hospitol by concnered fellow protestors is also a fact.

    I don't think that implies intentional brutality (I made it a point to call it "unlucky," too). But the consequences of violent reprisal should be reported along with any violence from the protest itself. As I said, I don't trust anyone in Oakland. That city has long history of civilians and authorities getting way out of hand.

    It's a damned shame that he was injured accidentally by that tear gas canister. When riot officers have to be called out to disperse a riot, a violent one (even if PART of it was violent, throwing rocks at people and such) it's always going to result in force. I don't want to point any fingers or aim any blame around but the protesters were told multiple times, prior to the night in question, that they couldn't protest right there. They could have peacefully protested nearby and the entire situation would not have happened.

    I was definitely being sarcastic. Yeah that's how they dress on their days off. They were just hanging out I'm sure. Their boss also doesn't mind if they're protesting either. He probably gave them a nice bonus.

    It's a real shame that you're going around judging people without any information to back it up other that 'gut feeling'. Pitying or supporting a movement full of judgmental individuals is really just a case of casting pearls before swine.

    Oh of course. They'd never incite violence and turn a protest into a riot. Never ever.

    Well let's try and be fair now. Fairness for everyone right? Do you know the individual and/or can you prove his motives? Maybe since he's (most likely) not in the top 1% of earners in the U.S., he might be joining the cause? I'm sure you wouldn't want strangers insinuating anything about you, right?

    Edit: Unless you weren't being sarcastic, of course. :)

    Just to err on the side of clarification, you're trying to insinuate that (if the officer is in fact the individual at the rally) that he's intentionally there to gather Intel for the police department? Wasn't sure, after the smooth music and cropped (and not-dated) audio.

    Ok so I was looking through some images and I came across the "nude" fem barb. I looked at her in sections trying to figure out why she was so unattractive when I noticed her proportions were off slightly so i took a crack a shooping her to pretty her up, here are the results.

    Shes not going to win any beauty contests but I wouldn't mind receiving "death by snoo snoo" anymore
    Not sure if it was on purpose or not but her breasts shouldn't have been that far down

    Edit: I might have made them a smidge bigger as well but whos counting

    Now this post is all kinds of sexist. What your implying is that since this character isn't "attractive" in the modern sense that she needs to be "fixed up". That is utter BS... so whenever you see an ugly girl in life you immediately judge her for being not good enough. This is oppressing women to being that they all have to be hot, thin and basically like super-models to receive any recognition.

    The point is, this female bard is NOT meant to look good... she is suppose to suit her environment, so by being a barbarian, her look is doing that nicely. You don't get hot looking girls fighting the demons of hell - you've watched to many movies.

    (Sorry if this was not your intention, but you really need to think before you post this kind of garbage.)

    Everyone has their own view of what is attractive and what isn't and it isn't (of course in my opinion) sexist whatsoever to think ONE look is more attractive than the OTHER. The real oppression comes from the oppression of free thought, telling individuals what they are attracted to is wrong.

    Edit: I forgot to say, if you think this is garbage then you don't frequent the forums much on here. There's plenty of pointless useless garbage strewn across the forums each and every day. Of course, once again, this is my opinion as much as it is yours that his post is garbage to begin with. :)
