Apologies for posting here instead in the main Blizzard website. The reason why is because that my Ipod (which contains the Battle.net Authenticator App) got stolen yesterday.
My problem now is that, I cannot anymore access the Battle.net and even the forums in the Blizzard website.
I tried using the "Can't log in?" options in the Battle.net and selected "I lost my authenticator and I want to remove it from my account" option and fill up all the necessary details needed (even government ID and Company ID) which are required for them to verify last night. It was successful and stating that to wait for an email. Anyone experienced this as well? just want to ask how long shall I wait for this one.
I was just hoping that someone from the blue admin could see this and check my issue. With this current scenario, I cannot even play my Starcraft 2 since it is also requiring an authenticator digit.
Please I need help in order to check if I received an Diablo 3 Beta key and in order to sync my Diablo 3 account into my Battle.net on May 15th.
