So I am wondering what to do after I have received my first 4 set pieces from Haedrig's gifts. I currently have a barbarian and have the first four Raekor set pieces. Anyways I think I'm wasting my time as I don't know what I should be doing. My max blood shard capacity is only 500 so I fill up quickly if I run a greater rift etc. I have been spending my shards at Kadala rolling for an amulet? Is this the right move?
Essentially what should I be doing/running and spending my shards on in order to progress? Also, how can I hold more than the standard 500 blood shards?
Wow fantastic responses aplenty. I made this post before the gym and come back to six responses! What a great community. Thanks everyone for the encouragement, really. I am not worried at all about min/maxing and truly do just want to enjoy the game but I don't want to be "that guy" that slows the group down and get booted etc. Just really trying to think of a (somewhat) easily obtainable gear set so that I am viable to other more experienced players. I really do thank you for the responses as they are enlightening and encourage me to play the game.
I guess now I just need to decide on what class/style I need to play... input?!
I played the game minimally at launch (maybe 10-12 hours total) never made it to max level or was able to grind out gear etc. So I am essentially a brand new player, excited to start S6 but completely lost/confused/overwhelmed. What I need to do first is determine which class I should play. I played a DH for a few hours last night and just wasn't impressed or having fun at all to be honest. I believe I have narrowed it down to barbarian, crusader, or wizard but that is where your input comes in.
When I say I am overwhelmed and confused I just mean overall; I say this because as I try to read other threads or guides there are terms that are simply foreign to me. For instance a LoN barbarian or Thorns build. I Have no idea what these are or more importantly how to get them. I have figured out however that your first build is obtainable through Haedrigs Gift if I am not mistaken. Would someone be so kind as to link me to the current (S6) sets you get from Haedrigs? I was going to go with a "Might of the Earth" barbarian as I believed it sounded cool until someone on discord told me that was last seasons gear?
I know this thread is more or less all over the place but for a new player its hard to break it all down! Thanks for taking the time to read and if anyone needs clarification I'd be more than happy!
