1. Fruit Junk (smash up some bananas, strawberries, and a can of OJ concentrate in a glass pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, freeze it over night, and chop it into squares...a pan full of yummy, cheap, healthy homemade popsicles)
2. Water 65% of the time, Dr Pepper the other 35%
3. 2 - 3 bowls of cereal throughout the day while taking 10 minute breaks
4. Jumping Jacks and situps every 4 - 5 hours so I don't coagulate into a ball of Jello
5. Chicken salad or beef tacos, both homemade
6. After reading this thread, I might jump on the bandwagon and eat some nuts too (huehuehue)
