If it's to be true and I was in beta, I think i would get sick of playing through it all the time until release. I mean come on seriously. Even if you play through all the characters, you can only do so much as it is short to the end of the beta.
To be completely honest, from what Ive seen in the HD streams this game isnt even much better looking than Titan Quest, visually. I dont see any major difference and TQ was DX9.
Probably won't be that big of an improvement over the videos we've seen (in HD), of which Blizzard would have wanted to show the absolute best game at the highest settings.
Na they said alot more graphics options, akin to SC2 which has i think 4 times as many right now they don't even have FSAA active which I think they should've activated for press at least It makes a HUGE difference smooths out the edges real nice and gives the game a more polished look, plus everything blends better.
True, FSAA truly makes a big difference. On lower end systems this option will not do though...
If by "DirectX 11" you mean "tesselation", extremely doubtful. You don't get tesselation for free simply by upgrading your renderer to DX11. It requires modifications to the models and textures--an investment of time and resources I doubt Blizzard is willing to make at this stage. Maybe in an expansion pack :|
At best, they'll use DX10/11 features that are almost like flipping a switch (like FSAA, as Bashiok mentioned).

Would be nice to know what features they are think off or will be implemented. So there is hope, if D3 looks super good now, it can only get better. DX11 will be total overhaul I do understand that it will take way more time, as development was started long time ago as we all know.
Can't think of any major optiosn from Dx11 that D3 can use but there are prob some minor features. WoW has alot of Dx11 and SC2 has Dx9 with Dx10.1 features i think. We have to wait for release they are missing alot of the graphics options from the beta.
Yes, so either way we are in for more eye candy, hopefully on release

What about the lighning of DX 11? Will that be part of the features? That will make D3 more immersive for sure! Im so worried that it will look dated DX9 and all. Please a blue post?

This does not answer my question. FSAA (full-scene anti-aliasing)
Hoping have time, meaning so that it can be implemented into final release? If not with a patch later on?
