first of all let me say hello to all fellow diablofan forum posters, after a good year of following diablofans ive finally decided to make a account.
so basicly im just wondering how will inferno mode work once new expansions come out. and what i mean by this is say in diablo 2 there was no real sort of level cap i mean there was level 99 but hardly any 1 got there and it wasnt neccassary.
the normal level was around 85 and all end game hell items were around for that level.
now in inferno u have to be level 60 so essentially this wil be the diablo end game now when a expension comes out im assuming the level cap will be raised and we will get new areas to level in. in sayin that will you then scale the whole game to reach the new level cap.
say atm inferno is all level 61 once a expension comes out wont we potentialy outgear the old diablo content and just be gear finding in the new expansion areas thus making all the gear prior to expension useless.
or will u be planning ahead and makin sure all items dropped in inferno are high enough and good enough for when expensions come rolling around and we are higher level thus wanting only the new expension gear? the last thing i want is this to be like wow where once new conent comes out we never want to gear find for in the old conent prior to expension.
