WD on 4th place? U gotta be kidding. The only reason WD could be behind - he doesn't have leap - so he can't move through dungeon that fast. I don't even stop with my WD, by the time i reach a pack of mobs, their loot is already waiting for me.
Soul harvest, runed firebats pierce through mobs like a knife through butter +grasp of the dead (fantastic spell). Also haunt, that tears apart bosses and elite packs.
1) Targeting & Selecting. How are u supposed to quickly target the right mobs if there are dozens of them on a screen? Navigating through 350 slots of inventory/menus/etc? Diablo 3 at higher levels is all about fast decision and targeting the right mobs. Hardcore on a joystick? Bool story, cro.
2) Chatting. Yes, u can use voice or connect a keyboard, but it will be a handicapped computer then, lol.
3) Controls. This is not an arcade slasher where you press arrows X and O, and you beat the game. Hot swapping skills, careful/surgical actions, ideal synergy with teammates, etc.
4) and so on.
If someone is looking for a wheelchair gimped handicapped impotent one-eyed no balls game - console version is your choice!
Definitely an overkill. But it's amazing that WD has so many opportunities to regain mana and health. And passives are amazing (Blood ritual must have for most build).
The problem that beta is BORING. Even with an access, I'll play it a few times with different classes and then I'll get bored cause content is VERY limited on beta. So how can you regret watching 5% of the game? It's nothing.
If a newspaper/tv channel gets a story, they don't wait untill all media arrives and starts broadcasting at the same time. That's called exclusive. If you have your people in F&F beta, use their material! Be first! Get all benefit! Media is a competition, it's not your problem if some diablo portal fails to get access. When a PC magazine gets an exclusive interview/review, they get all credit and respect, reputation, authority, fame, etc.
Are u really surprised that top-end videocard can run game on high settings or is it "Hey guys i spent $600 on a videocard can it run the game on low at least"?
D3 will work much similar to WoW, meaning that alot of data you get from the server (NPCs, monsters, loot calculation, etc). I don't think you can clone server's architecture within a short amount of time, it will take quite some time to figure out how it works and manually reproduce it. Which still would be a pale copy of official servers. Up till now, even the most popular pirate wow-servers are handicapped.
P.S. Playstation 3 was also impossible to brake /jk cracked year ago.
