Trying to decide on a build. Not sure what's the best build for 2.4. Saw a frenzy, hammer, and whirlwind barb and debating between frenzy and hammer. Playing a ww now due to the gear I have. I can currently solo t3 rifts until I find gear that dictates what build I eventually go.
As to paragon points... Are their ones that every build uses? I have roughly 130 in each section so trying to figure out where to put them so my kill speed and survival rate both go up
