Some are experiencing lag issues, some are not. I've noticed it since 3am today. Normally I would ping between 74-100 (the most) msec. While standing in town, my ping would fluctuate from 89 to 2705 to 563. Its worse in game. Its pretty much unplayable for me. I still have to submit my report to Blizz so they can fix the issue. Sucks it happened on a double bounty wkend. I'm from Toronto, Canada.
