I think they should make like a huge CD-Key database, where you have to pass an online check for first time you run the game and if you use a not original CD-Key it will give you the demo or something catchy like this.
As Ent1ty said, they can make like a damage counter or whatever, to see what percentage of total dmg the player did and if he did more or equal to X%, for example then he'll get whatever he deserve.
we should just close all these threads "coming out 2009, 2010,2011". Pointless as no one has actual information on when its to be released. Even 2011 is a guess on release using sc2 and wow expansion for a basis. Close them until we actually get some real information or an update on something.

Look at Duke Nukem Forever. The expectations get ever higher and higher. Still what little we ever saw of that game was so freakin' generic, boring and just plain bad. After so many years, they still didn't have anything worth anyone's time.
The thing is, it's Blizzard we are talking about here, so based on the impressive history, i think that is the case. (I hope so)
