    Why is this getting 100x more attention than the indian ocean earthquake/tsunami that killed 230,000 in 2004? I do find this very sad, but dealing with the "end of times" this is only like the 5th largest earthquake since 1950 don't get to excited.

    Honestly i'm more excited then ever, up until recently it was "ya diablo looks great but it is still two or three years away". Now we could be playing/watching beta in a matter of a few months from now.

    I bought torchlight a month or two ago, it was 20$ so whats the worst that could happen? Decent game, I think I made it to level 20, I just cant get into anything single player for long periods of time.

    Of course it is dissapointing that release could still be a year away, but lets say that beta starts in july... there will be live streams all day of game play, alot more stuff will be released and then in no time the game will be in stores. We have already waited three years, what is another 8 months? Time flies.

    Im glad the first game I decided to fully follow, turns out to be the longest developement time in the history of gaming. (duke nukem forever doesnt count, no one actually followed that for 14 years).

    We are about to find out if the game is going to be released in 2011 durring the conference call today, any bets? They pretty much state what the plans on releasing during the next year are. Shouldnt be any questions after this.

    Same deal as scyber, I have spent more time day dreaming about d3 than playing other games haha, last game not related to diablo I played was cod4 about 3 years ago. I can't get addicted to anything non blizzard.

    Item for item trade, has been gone since ~2003. It was alot more fun trading in the chat rooms and trade games than that jsp site that is used now. The concept of jsp really gets under my skin, I magic find and trade all day for 100 forum gold, while someone else buys 100 forum gold with their moms credit card for five dollars..... right.....what ever trading ideas they go with I will be happy as long as it isnt a 3rd party site.

    Did they say all outside areas are static? I remember hearing dungeon's are randomly generated each time but outside areas are not?
