why was the title "hc is too hc" used? Just wondering if I am missing some information about HC mode as I am unable to listen to this podcast for a while.

Alot of diablo fans are older and many don't care to like a video game in front of work members or family/friends im guessing.

To the diablo fans claiming q1 2012.... I thought q1 was a taboo for movie and game releases? I don't think blizzard has ever released anything in quarter one. Options are pretty much Nov/Dec 2011 or early summer 2012.

Im glad the first game I decided to fully follow, turns out to be the longest developement time in the history of gaming. (duke nukem forever doesnt count, no one actually followed that for 14 years).

It was funny to see people on my friends list I would have never guessed are into diablo, have liked it.

Dfans, make this man a MOD, are you a moderator don? I really liked the shared stash/ person stash concept in torch light, the only problem was the game had no replay value so I never used it.

I love this, there were multiple times in classic that I saved for an soj or something and then had to hide it in town and hope the game didn't drop. I lost alot of items that way.

When I type in "diablo 3 news" in google the forth post down is jay wilson saying they are trying to get diablo 3 on console. Not some future diablo project, but diablo 3. This will split up the community, most people who are not hardcore fans will go with the xbox or ps3 version, leaving a smaller amount of people playing the pc version. I'm not really someone who complains about most of blizzards moves but for some reason this one really gets under my skin.

I just looked up the 2009 blizzcon schedule and there was 3 hours diablo related. WTF lol.... Bashiok made it sounds like this was the blizzcon to be a diablo fan....

Looks amazing compared to diablo 2 level 20ish gear such as sigons set.

10 month beta? Diablo 2's beta was a month long I believe, and only covered part of act one. There is no reason to have a long drawn out beta, such as a game like sc2 would need for balancing. (sc2's beta only lasted 4 months)

Liked the enthusiasm, although I know the game is still atleast 8 months away, the wait will be alot easier with alot of new information comming out and more forum activity.

I'm confused with the title (of a great post), has it been said that diablo will only be a trilogy?
