The "Has Spell" filter doesn't seem to be working at all. I can select any skill I want in a build & it doesn't change the list in the slightest after hitting the filter button. The URL shows the "filter-has-spell=#" but it effectively does nothing.
I've tried multiple browsers & the results are the same for all of them.
