in my game have a sin called natalya in act 3 and she talk with me sometimes but no happened. i want to know if her make anything diferent (like other quest only for sin) or just talk with me.

can u help me with two things plz.
1- anybody can tell me is the "natalya" in act 3 can be anything else or just another NPC?
2- anybody knows what kind and class(uniq normal or excepitional) of weapon is Fist of Heavens Stick and where can i find the picture?
I waiting for answers who can help me ok?
