That's true, but with today's new graphics technology and physics technology, why wouldn't a great games producer/manufacturer like Blizzard use those technology's to 'remake' an old legend game..?

I'm not saying they must do what id did with DOOM III!! But as I read alot of posts on this forum, many people are feeling that they must use the basics what they had in Diablo II and add some stuff to make Diablo III.. But why not make it more realistic using all the latest stuff out there??

I didn't really enjoy Oblivian's fighting.... I mean, all you do is slash and block...:mad:
I like to play my 1st person games, especially shoot em ups ( UNREAL!! )
But RPG's and ActionRPG's must atleast be 3rd person, like fable.. I loved KOTOR and KOTOR 2's fighting, although it was turn based, it didn't feel that way at all!!
But in the end, I think a 'hover-view' as in Warcraft III and Dungeon Siege II would be best for the 'aaagghhh, kill kill kill!!' type of fighting that is Diablo type of fighting...:D
U gave alot of choices to choose from, but in the end I chose Fable's graphics cause it has alot to it.. Nice enviromental graphics, weapons look good, creatures looks nice, etc..:cool:
Although one big thing I would like very much is the uniqueness of each different type of armour, weapons, spells, etc.. I loved the way ur character in D2 looked different with each type of armour, but the way microsoft did it with Dungean Siege 2 was a bit more unique.. The way the armour looks in ur inventory, it looks on ur character...:)
I think Cain should die as he's very old, he's been in Diablo and Diablo II (LOD too), so it's about time....:confused:
Not quite sure which way he should die, old age, death by some or other demon, sickness... Whatever makes for the best story!!
Maybe guide for the first Chapter, then dies and tells you of someone else you should seek to guide you further, which is another level altogether...
