As far as PvP features go, I'd like to see some more use put into the "ear" system. A means to have them on record on a profile page or something would be nice, as it is in Diablo 2 you're pretty much limited to having them show up in your inventory where, lets face it, it means absolutely nothing to anyone but you.
As for trading? Being able to trade through Battle.net, especially while offline such as an Auction House system. I'm sure that has been said somewhere in the other 250 posts behind me, but if not...well shame on you all for not wanting it =P
