Yea, I see what you're saying, but considering how this is the last and most "epic" game in this story line, I'd like to see a bigger variety of settings and enviroments.Quote fromWell D2 was pretty long solo play. But when you got people to help you run stuff etc it got a lot shorter.
Just think back to the very first time you played. It took a while. (especially act 3)
I think they're going to work to reduce rushing also so the game does take more time and people don't get bored as fast.
Oh, but I know long it takes.... oh sweet Jesus, do I. Once made hardcore char with my buddy just for kicks. We beat act 1-2 together, but in the Middle of act 3 he decided to just go ahead while I wasn't on, and finished it with other people. Next time me, him and my older bro played, I was stuck in act 3 by myself and They were in act 4. My bro was mostly just there to bail him out in sticky situations.
Took about 3 1/2 hours, but I actually caught up to the slowpoke. I was playing an experimental summoning necro that was really weird but worked in PvE, Even still, that particular type of char takes FOREVER soloing without uber gear, let alone with others in the game. Yea... Sucked balls, but he was almost dying like crazy when my bro decided to dick around and leave him alone in hell, so he was glad to get my help. I felt like Goku almost. Late, but always a winner. And we beat normal together. Took a while, but it was all good.
Nightmare Diablo killed us both. We had a real good laugh about it though, because it was so much fun even though we died...
/nastolgic story tiem.

Lol, I really don't see why taking a few ideas from their best selling game of all time is a bad idea. Probably because it isn't.
Not really many similarities to WoW, there. I mean, the graphical style is just how Blizzard does it, so that's moot. But other than that I'd say there are very few, maybe some things that worked out very well in WoW, that were probably inspired by Diablo in the first place.
And I do love killing critters, and looking at all the snow! Hah, I wanted to go skiing.

Otherwise, I dunno.
Personally, I'd never buy a Mac, especially if I wanted a powerful gaming machine. Just thinking about it makes "Wasted money" flash before my eyes.
But my computer specs... well I don't know them. I don't want to know them. I have a crap Dell xp from 2002, breaks itself constantly so I've stopped trying to fix it. Freakin' wininet.dll.
I'll hopefully be getting a new one soon, and shoot for the better graphics cards that'll be sure to run D3 once it's released.

Eventually they'll get it.

Although the lightsaber color to me was a bit feminine, let me direct you to something I already said
"It's an opinion" and "I'll get over it."
It isn't like it's overwhelming in any way, so I don't let it get the best of me and RRRAAAGGGEEEE. I don't get that annoyed over something so insignificant. And I never said the purple necessarily made it gay.
I'm not trying to whine here, just stating my views. Don't be so critical.

And our arm will be cut off at the time also.
Should'a listened to the force.

But seriously, it's like a novel about 3 or 4 people arguing about graphics cards.

And maybe to cut down on running around inside, they can put in multiple waypoints for towns, like instant transit if you're in a hurry.

Purple is still considered more feminine than most other colors. Pink isn't the only girly color, it's just the girliest.
Sure, you can choose a girl, and girls do play, but it's all opinion. Most people I know find it feminine, that doesn't mean it's wrong for a guy to like it. I just don't think I'd enjoy seeing it constantly as a way of showing damage.
Arcane isn't necessarily "evil", so I don't really think that's exactly a reason for choosing purple. Just an art choice. And like I said, I may not like it, but I'll get over it. Not a big problem, especially once I start enjoying the rest of the game.

Back in the day, sure it was royalty, but since there isn't much of that anymore, I don't usually see it that way. Most people I've known consider it a feminine color. Hence, girly.
