The argument that we should be able to set games to PK or not is not viable. If that is implimented then everyone will set their games to non-pk and then the only games that will be PK-able would be duel games.. or games that will eventually be turned into duel games because PKers only have a choice of 1 or 2 out of thousands of games which they can join.
Why can't you people accept that you might get PKd once every 2 days.. its the damn game!
You are by your own post admitting that most people don't like Pk " everyone will set their games to non-pk " if someone doesn't want to PK that is there option. if you want to PK it is your option we shouldn't have to be chased around from game to game just so someone can get their rocks off by having your ear, given the option I will ALWAY! be anti Pk if Pk'ers stay in their games then I'll stay in mine.
I will say it again: I, myself, would not begrudge anybody from wanting to go PK'ing. It has always been a part of BOTH games. In D1, I had quite a collection of ears. ENTIRELY FROM DEFENDING MYSELF. In D2, however, it seemed like every other day there was a random PK'er coming into an open game just to kill me. I wasn't using the same char name so it made no difference. Hard to find a friendly group of people if everybody seems to be UNFRIENDLY. I stopped playing MP because of that. Which is why I would want an option for MP where you can enable/disable PK'ing in the MP game that is set up. If you guys want the risk of it, then you don't have to enable the anti-pk feature. That way you will never be bored. Every PK'er and their mothers will be coming to your game to pk you and whoever else is there. Those of us who prefer a non-hastling game of MP with friends can enjoy it without a problem.
Again, I don't want to take it way from the guys who WANT to PK. I just want a way to keep it out of MY Multi-Player, and anybody else that doesn't want the choice, if I don't want it. If PK'ing is so popular I'm sure you guys wouldn't have trouble finding MP games set up for it.

22 Years in IT MCSE, CNA, CNE, CCNA, CCSP Melsec and CCNP double degree in computers electronics and computer science, surfice it to say I have enough letters on my business cards to make Alphabyte soup, he can't break my filters, it is clear we will never see eye to eye so I'll do my thing you do yours if/when you have kids you can let them do what every you want them to do and I'll keep using all the tools I have offered to me to raise my kid.
I know he can't see porn because of them, its all blocked on my firewall updated monthy and well worth the cost there is nothing Wrong with a M rated game its the people that warrent the filters I can see we will never see eye to eye I am willing to bet you have no children or are under 18 yourself.
Why should there be word filters in a game that is only sold to people 18+? Everybody is an adult and if you don't like what others are saying muting them is always an option. Just because you're letting your underaged son play a game that is not made for his age group is not Blizzard's fault nor our fault.

Get down off your high horse I am not threating to bocott D3 if it doesn't have a filter I just said I am all for them I don't cuss in games or open chat I don't see the need it doesn't make the game play better it doesn't make the fights faster its just rude if you don't want a filter then don't use it, in my home if there is a filter I will turn it on,
too many times in an open game I have had someone say

Very few swear words in diablo its the other players I don't want him to learn them from seeing just about every new or cool gotta have game is M or higher I am still all for a filter, atlease till I have power and controll over ever other person on the planet. IMHO there is no reason to drop F-bombs in a game where you don't know how old the other people are it doesn't impress me I don't stare at you in awe and wonder at your command of the english Language, it doesn't make your point any clearer so filters are Okay with me.
three levels isn't enough just do like other games do bump the mobs stats and call them higher level I could see 20 or even 100 levels easy lets face it once you have beaten LOD on all three levels the game is a cake walk
