Here my idea without much knowledge about the lore,
Big bad spoiler:
Adria is in fact Lilith who managed to get in sanctuary without anyone knowing and Leah is a tool made for a very specific purpose like killing someone/demon for real or to somehow gain access to heaven or maybe a way to protect the people of santuary so see can use them eventually.
After Diablo is dead, next game about santuary start: Lilith War.
p.s:In roman numbers, 29 is written XXIX I think

Sep 29, 2009Destro posted a message on What Do YOU Want To Know About Diablo 3?My question is,Posted in: News
In Diablo 3, beside the stronger weapon and armor, will the nightmare and hell difficulties(if they keep those names) offer more thing like; new monsters(2-3); bigger randomized dungeon; boss only seen in nightmare and hell because they are "too hellish" to be seen in normal;random quest only possible to get in nightmare and/or hell(personnaly i'm pretty sure this will happen); more monsters instead of only stronger and others thing if they think about others ideas? -
Jul 15, 2009Destro posted a message on Inventory Bags ExplainedMy opinion on the bag system is that they are a good idea, because it was much too small in diablo 2 for my taste especially once the Charms appeared.Posted in: News
I think it could be interesting for the bags to be magic, to be just like the charms, you could use a maximum of 10 bags and each bags would give 1 slot for each groups of items(ex:"weapon and armor", misc.). those 10 bags would replace the charms if they are not in diablo 3. You would have 10 space reserved to equip bag. Every bags would give the same amount of space or its could give more space but with less powerful magic effect.
If the bags system were to become like that I would really like it. -
Mar 4, 2009Destro posted a message on Tell Blizzard Your #1 Diablo II Patch Note.I am unable to post anything in the battle.net forum because I am unable to install Diablo 2 anymore, so I can't register an account.Posted in: News
My number 1 patch note I would like to see is a new dungeon, something like a rough version of the infinite dungeon idea that was said on the battle.net forum.
I'm saying a rough version because to make it perfect could take too long, If this was made it could give an idea if it would be an idea that would work well for Diablo 3. -
Feb 10, 2009Destro posted a message on Dev Tracker Notes of MeritAbout the too much information topic, I think that while it is true that its not fun when you have too much information about a games that has not been released yet, right now its not at the point of too much information.Posted in: News
I hope that when the games is released, we won't know: every class in detail, every monsters and boss that we will see in the games and every games mechanics because we won't have much new thing to discover.
The thing that blizzard need to know is when will new information past the line that separate new information and too much information
Of course, right now they are not close to that limit.
For the fury gauge I think its a nice idea for a barbarian and I don't really care about how it will look, but I hope there will be auto-generate fury in magic item.
p.s. the whirlwind skill look weak because it only do something like 25% of weapon damage. -
Jan 8, 2009Destro posted a message on Bashiok On Diablo 3 Stat Points.I think it might be too soon to say that being able to allocate stats points manually is the right thing to do.Personnaly I like being able to place stats points where I want but since we don't really know all the "others means" that bashiok talk about we can't really says if its good or not. You never know, being able to allocate stats points manually could make the games unbalanced.Posted in: News
We don't know everything about the games, maybe for example there is a magic effect on gears that give you 10% reduced damage for any kind of attack for every 100 base strength you have. with this idea, if 3 parts of gears could have that, if you could put all the strength you want you could become invincible.
Keep in mind that this is only an example of what could be in the games.
We might not know what best for the stats until we actually have the game. -
Sep 15, 2008Destro posted a message on Diablo 3 Won't Have Locked ChestsI really like this new piece of information, I never really like the locked chest idea in diablo 2, I was normally keeping 2 set of 12 keys, but just when I was really into the game, I came across a locked chest and realize I did not have any more keys.Posted in: News
The fact that there will be higher qualities chests is very interesting, it remind me of the SNES games Lufia 2 in the ancient cave where there was blue chest that contained very good equipement, in fact this system is one of the reason why I go back to play this games every 8 month. -
Aug 8, 2008Destro posted a message on Secret Cow Level To Return in Diablo 3From what I saw, the cow level was made because of some rumors in diablo 1( in diablo 2 we also saw a lot of cow cadaver in tristram).Posted in: News
I think if they were to make an other level of this kind they could make a special rabbit level. I'm saying this because in LOD there were also rabbit and I think some people did not like them, we also saw some rabbit in the gameplay demo which made a few people go kind of berserk in hating the rabbit. Bashiok said that it was supposed to be possible to kill the rabbit, because of those reason, when Diablo 3 is released, I bet a lot of people will enjoy killing the little rabbit, so a rabbit level would be kind of like a response to the people who hated the rabbit and also a way for the rabbit to get revenge on the players who were killing every rabbit they saw.At least I think it could be kind of funny.
Also, if they indeed decide to make a level like this I hope it won't make people want to only go there because of too high xp and/or loots. -
Jul 13, 2008Destro posted a message on Diablo III Thoughts From Ex-Blizzard EmployeeI too wonder if Blizzard North would have made something better or worse. I don't think it would have been worse but it could have been more like Diablo 1-2(witch could be good or bad) or too much like Diablo 1-2 which could have reduced the quality of Diablo 3.Posted in: News
About the floating numbers, from what I seen they only appeared when critical hit were made, I came to think that because it was more often when the skill that give 25% more critical was used that they appeared. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

This is what I think because it has been said that monsters won't hit has hard as in diablo 2 and that fact make a big difference because for example: if Diablo 2 monster take 50% of your health and Diablo 3 monsters take 15% of your health.
If this is the kind of difference that will be seen in diablo 3, the diablo 2 health leech system could make you invincible as long as you can hit the enemies.
So either health leech system need to be weaker or no leech health in the game.
I did not talk about mana leech because I don't know if it would be good or not to have.
p.s: I think the whirlwind skill could be a skill that we can get pretty fast in the games, because it look like its might be weaker than the whirlwind of diablo 2, the one in the gameplay video show that at level 1 it do 25% of weapon damage, that is not strong and the next level only add 5 more %.

Normally I speak french, but most of the time i'm on English forums because I feel that most of the time there is more information on those forums than on the french forums.
This is not very important but I have a pretty old computer which often crash(533 mhz, 196 meg RAM), but i'm stuck with it.

My english won't be perfect, but I think its not too hard to understand me.
I was not really planning to introduce myself since I was not really planning to post much on the forum, but I changed my mind.
First of all, my nickname Destro is not really based on the word destruction, its based on the word distro which was used when something was being released on a channel of mirc.
I started the Diablo series with Diablo 1 and Diablo 1 Hellfire and of course I played Diablo 2 and LOD.
I was pretty interested when I heard that Diablo 3 was being developped, when I saw the gameplay video in low resolution I was pretty excited, but I was even more exited when I saw a 530 meg high resolution video of this same gameplay video, it made a big difference to see the high-res.
Since Diablo 3 was announced, I have been coming here pretty much every day, I have made a few post including one that was pretty long about [Deckard Cain/Imperius/story in Diablo games] but did not see any opinion about what I said.
I will probably not make a lot of post in the forums, since for me, I need to feel I need to say something to post anything and often other people say or ask exactly what I would have asked or said.
I will probably continue to come a lot here because I really like to read what others say.

One other thing, I have some adament hammer and it say that they are used to craft and upgrade the weapon and armor, but how exactly do you use them(of course you need horadric cube) I tried to do something with rare, normal, set or unique but nothing special happen, do you need something else or something different?
About the mod in general: I found it to be really interesting, the new graphic make a nice change and its harder than the original game that for sure.
Sofawall-> I know one other mods that I found interesting its called Eastern Sun, in that mods there is a huge ammount of recipes you can do with the horadric cubes(but for some of the recipe you need to find the recipes by getting it dropped from a monster), with those recipes you can do a lot of interesting thing, but hell unleashed have more change than eastern sun when it come to the fighting with monster.

Some of you said that its unlikely that Imperius would want to get help from demon, but could it be possible that he would want to use them for some purpose and also have an easier time getting rid of them.
What i'm thinking about is Deckard Cain, I don't remember perfectly the detail about him from Diablo 1, but I think he said that he was one of the last of the horadrim(or that might be wrong), If i'm right the point is he still live ,he the last one, of course it could be the complete truth or maybe there is a reason why he still live. What if Imperius was Deckard Cain, if that was the case we could think about a lot of thing.
In diablo 1, Diablo made his appearance, Diablo made a lot of trouble for Tristam killing the king manipulating Lazarus(I think) and probably some other thing but after that he was a problem for Imperius so an aventurer came to Tristam and got help from someone named Deackard Cain. Imperius(Deckard Cain) maybe was not strong enough or just wanted to let other do thing for him. He Started helping the adventurer already knowing that if he was able to kill Diablo he would become possess and seek the help of Diablos's brothers.
By those action, Tristam and other thing were destroyed, Diablo got killed but got into a human body.
In Diablo 2, once again there is trouble in the world and adventurer came to help, they started to help for minor problem like a cave full of monster or a corrupted person and eventually saveed Deckard Cain in Destroyed Tristam where he still was not killed. After that Deckard Cain helped the adventurer to do a lot of thing that leaded to killing andarielle, killing durial but being too late to avoid the soulstones from being taken away, then came the death of Mephisto, going to hell killing again Diablo, destroying soulstones. After those thing came the problem of Baal who ended up at the end in the room of the worldstone, he was killed and Tyrael broke the Worldstones which was supposed to make it harder to get to Sanctuary and/or Hiding it from the heaven and hell.
The result: Mephisto and Diablo Soulstones destroyed, but I think it was not said that Baal soulstones was destroyed, The Worldstone also destroyed which helped for accessing sanctuary. Sanctuary crippled, Hell lost some helping hand.
Then Diablo 3 come, 20 year passed it was said that most of the heroes from Diablo 2 had gone mad or don't want to think of the past, the people of sanctuary think of that past as legend like someone had changed the memory of the people. In the gameplay video we rescue again Deckard Cain in a place full of Undead and he still all right like always(how old is Deckard Cain).
With all those thing that happened I came to think that there may be more to Deckard Cain than it seem he could be Imperius that would have helped the people of sanctuary and the demon resulting in both place weakened so it is easier to destroy human and demon with the Worldstones gones.Of course it still possible that Deckard Cain is a normal guy who don't die because he is simply there to help us in ours fight through the games of Diablo with a lot of knowledge because of him being the last of the horadrim, but I can't be certain.
Since Imperius is , I think the archangel of war my idea could be possible since in war there is also strategy and an angel of war could have a lot of wicked strategy.
If Deckard Cain is not Imperius he could still be an important creatures that exist in the lore of Diablo.
Thank you for reading I might have some bad writting in some case but I hope its not too bad.

This could become interesting if that quest were to appear not very often, this could also make an interesting bargain item.
If they decide not to do something like that, then my second choice would be a quest in each difficulties to respecs once.
