Any less valid an opinion than the one about art direction? But that opinion gets play all over this website. lol
Seriously, many, many video games out there have plenty of depth/variety without using these hideous, bastardized spears.
Lol.. You can also argue that many video games out there CAN have plenty of depth/variety too without using swords/axes/hammers and just using guns .
An opinion is never wrong. Your opinion is solely your opinion. You dislike javs/spears doesn't mean others dislike them. So if i dislike hammers/sword should Blizzard just remove them?
Your argument is just unfounded and actually there wasn't any point in the discussion anyway
This is kind of a funny joke. But jokes aside, i think the WD really needs some love. I think it's currently way too hunching. At least for the male version.
I think they need to improve on the animation. Don't really quite like it though. It seems that the mobs just die when the zombie's hand haven't even touch them.
There probably will not be a monthly pay, however if there was a monthly pay, I would definitaly pay it.
15$ a month isn't really much (it's $0.50 a day), if you manage your money well... it can be easily obtained. Well worth the benefits.
Look, not all currency is the same in every country. Blizzard games is international. We have to pay 55 dollars every month to play WoW which is very expansive. It is equivalent as using that amount of money to pump fuel for a whole week. Understand?
The concept of Pay2Play is always wrong. You have already pay for the game and you need consistently to pay every month EXPANSIVELY to play the game. It's not right!
How much you need to maintain the server? VERY LITTLE. If you were to pay 55 dollars a month and you have say 10 million subscribers and tell me how much money is that?!
Many games especially RTS and even Action RPG don't need to be Pay2Played. And this concept is certainly wrong to milk the players cash dry.
I always hated the idea of Pay2Play. That's kind of ridiculous. First you need to buy that game and installed in on your PC. You pay for it and it cost as much or even more than an offline single player game. Then you have to consistently PAY every month to play the game!.
It's like you purchase a CAR and every month you have to pay rental to the car makers for driving it. Isn't that wrong?
"Okay, fine, sit there and watch the stupid bunnies hopping around. I'll be over here killing a horde of demons, have fun."
They are there to enrich the gaming experience. It has nothing to do with watching them and not playing the game.
If you are implying, then why not go back to square 1 and disable all those flashy skill effects: ground stomp, etc. and disable the background raining/thunder? Play Diablo 1 again instead of Diablo 3? :O. You dont need those to hack horde of demons
It's a fucking tiny statue. Who gives a shit? Would you rather have the developers spend their precious time making tiny detailed models all over the place, or would you rather them work on the boss battles?
Well if they don't really bother with 'details', i'm sure they wouldn't add running rabbits in the outdoor environment.
Details make the game more immersive and a more involved experience.
It seems that the character model does look more to the WoW art style and design. I don't agree with the environment though. If anything they need more detail, such as the one i pointed out: gryphon statue, which is just one tad of an example

No point feeding the trolls. How about i don't like Diablo 3 and make a post NO MORE DIABLO?

I would say, the more variety the better diversities/depth we have in the game.

Well if there's going to be another class paladin-like with charge then it would overlap and the uniqueness of each class will be gone

I hope Blizzard read it and just make the game as they have envisioned. Too many chef spoil the dish.
