I'm a little sad that there will only be 5 classes again; D2 had 6. I was hoping for a slightly larger range of classes, but at long as the customization of the game is fairly large that should make up for it.
I'm really gonna miss those skeletal mages and Blood Golems though.
I'm fairly confident they will have another Paladin and Sorc class. Then that would leave room for two new classes...or relatively new anyway (Witch Doctor and something else). Or they might totally suprise everyone and have only two of the classic Diablo classes in D3, and have the rest be completely new.
