Once upon a time in the lovely, horrifical, depressed town of Tristram there was a mad king who was recently killed because he had turned on his subjects and torutred and hung them and such. It was found out that the source of his madness was a huge red demon named Diablo who was slowly eating away at his mind, causing him to develop a cycopathic nature. Now many heroes came to defeat Diablo, well some of them came just for the gold and shit, but all of them got their asses kicked before level four of the vast labryinth beneath the church where Diablo resided. Now the moral of this story is, don't fuck with big D, or you won't ever ever EVER rule sanely again, or maybe it's don't fight hell jsut for gold. No wait its make sure to kill all your subjects to prevent them from killing you

I believe in a pre-mortal existence where we knew God and were and still are his children, and 1/3 of those in the pre-existence followed satans plan (he wanted all the glory, he wanted us to come to earth and not have agency or free will, so we would all return to our heavenly father without ever making our own choices) God's plan was to send us to the earth with a purpose, this purpose is to be tested, a veil was put over us to make it so we do not remember the pre-existence, and Christ was chosen as our savior who would be the key in the plan of salvation. All of us who are and ever have been on the earth chose God's plan, the other one third never recieved bodies and now seek to make all mankind miserable as they are.
So in short yes I do believe in angels and that if we are righteous we can become like God.
Theres a couple problems there, Satan wants us to have choice so we can choose to do wrong things, if we didn't have choice but were put here for God's purpose, like we are now but with choice, we would fufill it indefinetly, and no we can't become like God because no one can be perfect, but I guess you could take it like we can be good but not perfect like God
It could very well be Diago, Diablos long lost brother, there has to be a little D too ya know
But seriosuly It's probably asmodan or Belial considering they're the only two left alive (unless the whole theory about baal looking like Tyreal in that last movie is right) Of course it could just be Diablo just showing his bad-assedness
