Is that how serious you want then to look like ( this is the 3D model that the in-game sprite is taken from ), this guy has plastic skin and looks funny as hell, i hope you are not serious about that cause it ain't funny

Anyone can clearly see which one is more Realistic and Gritty, your argument is just funny.

If only those who keep whining would just leave their fanaticism for few seconds and use their minds and eyes to see the fantastic work being made in D3 i'm sure we wouldn't have any whining problems at all.

man!!ive already said it many time about what is the realistic we talked here!!!!it is about the ART STYLE!!!!how many times do i repeat it that you could understand!!!!!look this artwork above, the design prototype of barbarian is coming from tibet and mogolia (the previous diablo),designed by Michael Dashow...did you have ever see a chinese dressing like this???GMB..i thought this artwork was WOW at first glance...

DRIER... shut the hell up. The 'donkey foots girl' is in armor that has the boot done up as a goat's hoof. The male Barb has armor done in the same style except I believe it's more like a claw. As for 'amazing armor details', if that's what you get from low resolution static images, then you should go get your brain checked out. They did the 3d dressing room because it's rather nice to be able to rotate your character, especially when you want to do fan art of the game. It also lets you see all the detail put into the 3d model of the armor rather than giving you just a flat and uninspired image.

If all you're going to do is complain about every aspect of Diablo 3, I have a suggestion for you. Go back to playing Diablo and Diablo 2, and forget Blizzard ever announced it. If you want to carry the bias against Blizzard's art style, as that is the only art style Blizzard really has, then you might as well just stop carrying on and wasting everyone's time with your retrofanaticism. The game is stylized by Blizzard to be a Blizzard game. That suggestion goes for all of you. If you can't have any faith and you can't adapt, I really don't feel you're welcome.

hey,Grimhound you must be misunderstanding of what about the 'amazing armor details' means...i've said many times on other threads, these details of armor i mentioned is not about how many polygons the model used but about the art style....matt07 have a good example of it,check it out....

complain huh?did you know why i did this?...dont look it if you dont like..but if you like the game stop compain about someboy try to do something for it.

This petition should also mention about giving every item unique artwork like in real diablo games not some small icons. And restore of course different items sizes, 1 slot per item really sucks. I think that we don't need model of our hero on inventory screen, free space could be used for relocating slots for items to equip . Now inventory is like copied from WoW. Can author upgrade this petition ?

agreed, there have too many which should remain it as the previous, just like skill icons, sounds effect, character design, etc, otherwise some of fan would feel a bit strange with it.

in diablo2 we can see all these amazing armor's details with this window..these details of armor i mentioned is not about how many polygons the model used(3D VER) but about the art style....matt07 have a good example of it,check it out....

but in the demo, all changed..why did they put the man in the middle?
show what kind of weapon he grasping?anyone can see it outside...
we just want see these rare armors with this!!!!

Yeah and I'm saying that if shaders are at some point added to the game it will look more realistic. However I never, in all my years of playing D2 said wow, you know this art looks realistic.

I don't think you understand what I'm trying to say, but thats fine.

the realistic that you said its not the realistic that we've mentioned here!!
the realistic of you,is just about ploygons!!!
the realistic of us,is about art style...as you know....Diablo2 is so old compare with current games which have a high level graphics effect and an accurate calculation physics engine..hower.. these technology could quickly fell behind..At that time noone woud like play the game!!!!but diablo2 is defferent because it have a realistic art style..okay,my conclusion is that, what kind of things could make a game have a long live??not these technology but the arts,diablo2 is a example, there have so many people are stiil play it now..

oh,im still play yoyohukusyo by the way which havent any polygons!

    let me re-post this again..

Listen, if blizzard, at a later date adds shaders to the characters, armor, and swords; which by the way is quite possible, you are going to be commenting on how cool and realistic the materials and skin look.

I think that a ton of people are misjudging the style because the materials in the game right now lack any real world qualities. This is due to the fact that there are no shaders in the game.

you know what?you are totally msunderstanding what the art is about!!diablo3 should more be realistic at art style..des that means there should be more ploygon or something??you ganna ***** boku!
