3- When is it going to be released??? -or- How far along in development is it?
-See: Starcraft 2, Starcraft 1, Brood Wars, Diablo, Diablo 2, WoW, Warcraft 2, Warcraft 3, Warcraft 3: TFT, aka it'll be ready when it's ready and no sooner. Blizzard will release it when they're sure it's a good game and no retarded questions otherwise are going to make that any faster. Plus that question is answered on their FAQ page.

4- (And this one chaps my rear end the most) Is Diablo 3 going to *be* WoW?? (condensed from the billions of questions relating to WoW)
-If you like the systems in WoW, go play WoW. Stop asking if Diablo 3 is using system x,y,z from WoW. WoW borrowed some from Diablo 2 in the first place. (Talent trees anyone?) The game will be Diablo 3, not WoW. diaf.
And to respond to this one specifically. Whoever said they'd easily prefer WoW's "clean economy" to Diablo 2's hacked/duped one I say this. Enjoy your asian-farmed super inflated gold prices, chob. There are going to be problems in every online game. Also, diaf.

Also on a serious note whoever posted the first official D3 announcement, there was no rogue class in that gameplay trailer, just female barbarian and female witch doctor, someone might want to correct that.
