to begin with your you kind of need better gears heres sugestions:
Amulet: Elemental dmg is the weakest stat you can have on amulet right now.its either for DH : Aglity crit chance crit dmg and socket or Crit chance crit dmg socket IAS (depends on your Break point).so you miss basicly 10% crit chance on neck thats alot of dmg loss, and elemental dmg dont make up for it.
I suggest go for IAS+ Crit chance+ crit dmg and agi or socket, depends if you want to use Bane of power( works pretty good if its lvled above lvl 40 much easier to maintain buff. 20% raw dmg inc is always better than 20% cold dmg inc.
Pretty much all of your items the rest is decent the only problem is that you have minimal roll on most of them. TaT would replace vitality for crit dmg and your agi is 638 while they can roll up to 750 thats 112 agi loss if you go and caluclate all the agi your missing on all your items.. your missing 699agility total. that can crankup your dmg by alot tbh. Lacuni prowlers again minimal ias crit roll. SoJ the perfect one will be 20% cold Crit chance 30% elite dmg socket. Things changes with SoJ as you can roll 500 agi max on ring elemental wins by a smal amount in terms of dmg but amulet is 750agility and agi wins iwht elemental in this case
just keep playing and upgrade your items in terms of stats that would be my suggestion.

The reason why I choose this amulet because I always got one shot by Jailer.. So I tried to increase my survivability.
I have changed a few gears, please let me know if there is anything I can improve.. I was struggling a bit whether should I use SoJ.. As you suggested that I may try with Bane of Power gem and see how I go.
Why do you bother with all resistance gems in the legs? Why do you have elemental arrow on helm when cluster arrow is the biggest dmg part of your build?
I always got one shot by thunderstorm, so I changed to all resistance gems. For the helm, I couldn't find a better one..
