Money is no issue to bringing this company to doing the right thing. I will spend millions to fight them you don't have to believe me as I am not here to play "my stick is bigger than your stick" game. I am here to make blizzard realize there is a real issue at hand and to actually do something about it instead of their trademark of "SOON!" because me along with hundreds of thousands of other players have a petition already going to go with the the class action lawsuit against them if they choose to do nothing about it.
There are people even on twitch that openly stream them 24/7 botting which I wont mention names here but I'm sure you can do some research and find tons of them.
You could have just sent them a ticket with that.

TLDR: Class action lawsuit against Blizzard if they don't start upholding their own TOS/EULA for all Diablo 3 players, and don't say it is not possible as they do it with all their other games even the crap card game Hearthstone. So why should Diablo 3 be different, why are you trying to ruin the best series you have ever created by allowing botters/cheaters to run rampant Blizzard?

If you're running Win 8.1, go to PC Power Options and set it to high performance.
It's unlike Win XP/Vista/7, the power management on Win-8 and above are more aggressive in tuning down high power demanding programs when set to Balanced.
Because them headless chickens Microsoft employees focusing on Tablets/Laptops power saving more than a PC.
I'm running Win 8.1, and my pc can bombards any game available at +Ultra.
But the only game stuttered/Unstable fps with me is D3, and the Power options solved the issue completely for me.
Nobody is trying to trash MC reps, the man knew the risks and get banned and many others got rolledback already and people know who used the bloodshards exploits.
The other streamers or non-streamers who exploited are not better than him most of them get the same responds from the community like we see in here, Do i need to call their names here for a reminder? Not going to name and shame cause that's no secret and everyone can find out, some of them have done even worse things than that, But as a streamers they have 2 options (Builds or Wrecks) reputation.
If you build it you know you're followed even by games Devs.
If you Wreck it you know you're followed by all the Kappa hate wagon.
I knew it's just a game and in the same time most of the people who are in defense or offense side toward this thread are all worked up already, and that kind of action will erase the "It's just a game" idea.
In real life sports some people use steroids and no matter what's the reason they used it for they will get the same responds from their fans and community and they will get banned from competitions.
MC shouldn't risk his reputation just because Blizzard don't care about Leaderboards, or taking actions slowly or never listen and nobody risk that just for fun, he brought that to himself Not the fans Not the community and Not even the responds in this whole thread.
However i don't hate MC i do really wish him all good and if he want to get back again he should take it easy and be wise as a streamer.

What i really found funny is that you didn't bother to report the exploits to Blizzard since the PTR and even after PTR. But i'm going to explain what you have done.
1- Doing PTRs just to find exploits and sleep on them and that nothing new to YOU or other Streamers, because that's how the top dogs competes, sadly.
2- When they go live abuse them as hard as you can to be in the top.
3- Mid season the exploits start to spread out and one of the streamers as always don't want the others to compete with him "So lets show it to the whole world so no one can have my cakes".
4- Season got smacked up and preparing for the next PTR.
After all of that you got banned and came here with a Wall of text which i found so damn funny!
