Yeah I was kind of hoping to avoid that. But I guess, it may have to happen

I posted this in the tech support section but I hoped to get more people to see it here.

This is my first ever post on these forums but I have run into a fun issue. This cropped up today after the 2.1.1 patch. I was able to play last night without any problems before the patch. I open the Launcher and click Play button (for Diablo, obviously). The launcher minimizes and I get the Diablo 3 RoS splash screen in the center of my desktop as normal but it never goes past that point. I have done Google searches and did the below things to try to fix this. Hearthstone opens no problem.

    So far I have tried:
    1. Launcher > Options > Scan and Repair - This did not work

    2. I have deleted the C:\Users\<MY USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment folder - This did not work

    3. I have deleted all of the folders in C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs\Cache\ - This did not work

    4. I have deleted the C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Updates\ folder - this did not work and now i have to redownload 12.69GB of files.

    5. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Battlenet Launcher app

Anything else I should try short of a complete re-install?
